GGuest UserWe booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average.

GGuest UserWe had higher expectations for Renaissance in terms of hardware and amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. “Starbucks” is NOT a real Starbucks, just a counter service with a coffee machine. The staff in charge were not very professional and the machine was malfunctioned when I tried to make a purchase.

AAnonymous UserThe room was ok and quiet. Newly renovated, most of the facilities are still new, there are various restaurants nearby, breakfast is OK. Parking spaces are not particularly good, but free parking.

GGuest UserA cozy hotel, somehow like in the countryside, such a style and vibe of the countryside. Good mattresses, large rooms. I don't know, maybe all the hotels in this area have soft water? (When it is impossible to wash off the soap and it is always soapy and sticky..) We stayed in another one (20 minutes from this one, but the soap there also did not wash off..) Breakfasts are very modest. There is not even yogurt, only milk for sirloins, scrambled eggs, bread, cutlet. There is a faffle machine.

It's also expensive and low in foreign countries. As soon as the automatic door of the lobby opened the damp, rotten musty smell came on my face. I knew it was finished. Sure enough, the old room was even more unbearable! When choosing the hotel, seeing the renovation in recent years, the fact is, no! Not recommended

GGuest UserLocation was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it.
