GGuest UserI felt like I entered the room under the pen, a historical building that Jane and Skip bought it about 20 years ago and renovated, and the room had their old cameras, furniture, porcelain collections for years, everything was so elegant and quiet! Jane and Skip are very welcoming, show me old photos of the house, breakfast is delicious!

GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I visited the hotel. The experience was very good. Vanessa welcomed us at the desk entrance in a very friendly way and explained the benefits of the hotel to us. She gave us our key. We enjoyed the room, very comfortable and beautiful. We used our free breakfasts. Kathi. in the kitchen she was very friendly and helpful every day we really liked the hotel and its staff

ZZIHANThe hotel is in the center of the city, and I did not drive around. The parking lot is outside the hotel and costs $16. I saw that Dianping had a small Shanghai restaurant where I could eat, but I couldn't find it when I walked over. The washbasin is very personal but not practical

GGuest UserVery clean and nice staff. Nice room for a good price in a good location. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel. The gated parking garage was a plus. The room felt older and had a little wear and tear, but was we did enjoy it. Would stay there again

WWendaoshanshiAfter staying for three days, the air conditioning was not too noisy compared to the hotel opposite, and there were not many people, so it was quite quiet. However, if you have a meeting, it will definitely not be quiet. It is a business hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient.

GGuest UserEverything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

ZZHENThe room is really big and has two queen beds. The hotel's address is convenient to travel, just beside the light rail, easy to get to and from the city. There is a shuttle bus to the airport and the front desk is available in advance.

DDavid ChambersThey were clean and treat you better than most hotels. Give you privacy. Unlike most hotels. I know they had breakfast but we didn't make it for that. Laundry room was great we got most of our clothes clean anyways. The best time is at night to do laundry. It's open for the most part. Thanks you we're great

The rooms are.always.clean and the staff are always friendly and knowledgable.and helpful. The.only thing that is frustrsting.is.the location. Its not.the best.or.safestest neighborhood.
