Location was nice , the pool is not in the hotel across the road by beach. No hot water in room. Bed was comfortable.

unfortunately staffs english poor I have to call my van driver to translate. staffs do not understand english so no services. American breakfast but have to order a day before. The hotel restaurant is on the opposite cross over the road beach side. Check in time counter staff inform Trip.com did not inform them customer requested for an additional bed.

We stayed 1 night at the Royal Hotel, very quiet, only 4 guests in the hotel, nice view of beach and mountains, overall pretty good

The room is very old and does not match the picture used in the app. The room we got should not be allowed for customers to stay in. It should be closed for renovation. The curtains in the room do not block out any light. The staff do not provide any service. The elevator is very old and takes a long time to wait. Not impressed at all and the price is expensive. Do not recommend this hotel.

It's quite old but still usable. The staffs are friendly. The location is not directly on the beach but you can walk down there.
