We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge.
The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful.
We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day.
We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly.

My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. Enthusiastically recommend the Jaya House River Park!

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is very well thought out and intentional.
Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay.
I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all!
They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience.
Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently.
At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside).

Very comfortable and satisfying accommodation experience. The hotel is located between the city center and Angkor Wat. There are free tuktuks to the city for dining and strolling, but the city is busy. I prefer to stay in the hotel to enjoy the quiet and warm service of the hotel. There are also authentic local dishes next to the hotel. The room includes daily laundry service and relaxing massage, which is very considerate, and it is very suitable for the urgent needs after a day of running in the high temperature of Angkor. The room provides free soft drinks and daily fruits. The local mango is so sweet. Every time you come back, the staff will hand you an ice towel. Every time you go out, they will also carefully help you spray mosquito repellent and talk to you about your travel experience in Angkor. I often meet the handsome boss at the door to greet guests and give them some travel advice. The hotel has a compact layout, with not many rooms on the 3-story building, but it is equipped with two swimming pools, one large and one small. The room windows are lush and green. The design of the room is mainly wood and stone, which is very natural and comfortable. I like the hotel's large swimming pool, which is suitable for depth and shallowness, with slopes on all sides.
