Everything was great.
There are no commercial facilities nearby and it is pitch black at night, but you can easily get into town by tuk-tuk, and the hotel restaurant is not expensive and the food is delicious.

This resort hotel in Siem Reap, which is hidden away from the city, was opened by Italians ten years ago. Most of the tourists staying here are European and American. Lovely relaxing hotel approx 15mins in tuk tuk from centre. We had a GT room which was large and spacious. It had a huge corner bath big enough for a small family. We didn’t use as would have taken far too much water to fill. The shower was more than adequate. The hotel has 3 pools we only used one nearest our room. It was a perfect temperature. Breakfast was really good you got a platter of fruits, toast and croissants then you could order from the menu. Quite a few vegetarian options and lots of healthy juices on offer. Staff at breakfast and dinner were lovely so so friendly. We ate a few times in the hotel in the evening and the food didn’t disappoint. 5-6pm is happy hour I recommend the cocktails or Angkor beer. My husband used the spa for a Thai massage he said it was really good. Tuk tuk into town/pub street are only $3.

We recently stayed at this hotel as part of an Angkor Wat package (4D3N). Overall, our experience was good, but with some unexpected twists. Pros: - Spacious room with a huge bathroom (no bathtub, though) - Daily yoga practices were excellent and enriching, thanks to a knowledgeable yoga guru - Weekly Gong healing session was a unique and relaxing experience, led by a fantastic guru from Germany - Day trips to Angkor Wat by tuk-tuk were fun, but we recommend hiring a guide for a more informative experience Cons: - Shower gel in the room came in a small, hard-to-use bottle - Trip to Kbal Spean and Banteay Srei arranged by the hotel was a bit of a disaster - long journey, and our tuk-tuk driver didn't provide adequate guidance or support and try to take advantage of the situation. We buy him nice lunch and gave good tipping bc life here is tough. - Limited dinner options, and drinks were not included Tips and Recommendations: - Consider hiring a guide for your Angkor Wat trip to get the most out of your experience, - Be prepared for unexpected events and flexibility in your itinerary, - Take advantage of the hotel's yoga and wellness programs - they're a great way to relax and rejuvenate, Overall, this package was a good value, but be aware that things might not always go as planned. With a little flexibility and patience, you can still have a great time exploring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat.

For the second time I stayed at the Navutu Resort. It feels like an Oasis: green, calm, peaceful. Fresh clean pools, large rooms/bungalows that are set-up nicely, daily yoga, tasty/healthy food. I booked the Reiki package, my Reiki Master Yvonne was wonderful. I‘d like to highlight particularly the friendly and helpful staff across the entire crew, and specifically also Sa and Navin from the breakfast team. Thank you all for making my stay memorable, relaxing and refreshing

What a fabulous hotel. Located a short and convenient distance from the town center. The restaurant and bar was excellent and Mr. Mab was a marvelous. The staff were attentive and caring across all areas. I had a massage and that was outstanding and very relaxing. We loved it!
