This is most likely THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is top notch, the attention to detail is unbelievably excellent, the photos online don’t do this hotel enough justice. I am just so in awe of this hotel and the fact that they went beyond and above to make our stay as unforgettable as possible in the best way. I would definitely come back to stay here just to have a detox retreat here in the future. We also did a cooking class here with chef Kinsan and his team which was super fun. Special shout out to Viva (extremely attentive and polite, always smiling), my masseuse lady Kimmech (one of the best), Kourou also helped us organized some lovely tours, Ladang, and Kavi who let me come back for breakfast after check out when my flight was rearranged. It even makes me sad that I had to leave. I’d rate this hotel 12/10.

The hotel is located in the city center of Siem Reap, close to Angkor Supermarket, Angkor Wat and Pub Street. The hotel's dinner can be booked in advance, and there are local traditional performances. It is a very good experience. The breakfast is also rich and tastes very good. I will stay again.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes away from the bar street, there are many massage shops around, and a relatively large fruit shop is 2 minutes away. The mangosteen is very fresh in this season. The design of the hotel is very good, and every waiter is very enthusiastic. In addition to the dining table, the waiter will also take the menu for ordering at breakfast, and there is folk music playing during the meal.

Nice room, very unique

The driver said we had arrived at the hotel, but I didn't realize it yet because the surrounding roads were a bit messy. This entrance is as mini as the Park Hyatt Shenzhen. The lobby feels relatively new, with a Bill design. At first, the hotel gave me a last room, facing the intersection of the road, and the room was just at the corner of the house, which didn't feel very comfortable. I contacted the hotel and immediately helped me change to a room facing the garden and the pool, which felt very good. The wooden furniture in the room is a bit old, but it is still very clean overall, and the plugs and sockets are all the latest. The staff's words are either enthusiastic or very indifferent. The food tastes good and not expensive, but the wine is expensive. The nightfall ceremony is very ceremonial.

The hotel is located in the city center, a few minutes' walk from the lively Bar Street. There are also several good restaurants nearby, and there is a supermarket next to the road, which is very convenient. Because it is in the city center, the floor space is not very large, and the room was very small after reading online reviews, so on the recommendation of the lobby manager, I decisively added money to upgrade to a suite. The area is three times larger. The bedroom and living room are separated, and there is an aisle in the middle. There are lounge chairs and a small balcony outside the bedroom. The feeling of living is very good, but you have to close the door in time when you go back and forth. There are many mosquitoes and geckos. The decoration of the hotel is very exquisite, it is a brand hotel, and the service is good. The waiters are very nice and serve with a smile. There is very little breakfast on display, but there is a menu on the table where you can order. There are many varieties, all included in the breakfast. In the evening, it is also a good choice to sit by the big tree and pool in the center, watch a show in the bonfire, and enjoy a local exquisite dinner.

Very good hotel. The breakfast is very rich. You can order food. The waiters and managers are very enthusiastic to welcome you. The noodles, French toast and waffles you order are all delicious. The front desk is also positive and enthusiastic to deal with you and solve the problem. Question, the room is big and beautiful. The black and white paintings of Angkor Wat hanging in the corridor are very artistic. The swimming pool view is also beautiful. I will consider choosing this hotel next time I come to Angkor Wat.
