It’s a nicely organized and well kept boutique hotel. The owners and management take great pride in what they do. The service is what brings people back.
They give you free tea and a cold towel every time you return back to the hotel on hot days. They clean the rooms very well and the pool is immaculate. Well trained staff that tries to help and is self aware.
My only recommendation is to get darker or thicker window shades to block out the morning sun, and the rooms could use a little more noise reduction (loud open rooms create echo and less warmth).
But again, it is well run hotel and location is very good. A pleasant stay.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and warm. The food is very varied, very well prepared and delicious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The SPA service is very pleasant. There are details every day that add a lot of warmth to the experience of the accommodation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We travelled as a group of three couples from Australia and stayed four nights at The Bliss Angkor. Our stay could not have been better. This small boutique hotel of 12 rooms felt like home. The pool was just outside our door along with a fantastic restaurant. It was very hot during our stay so cool drinks, snacks and meals by the pool were wonderful after a day’s touring. The staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Every time we arrived home we were greeted with icy cold cloths and drinks to cool us down. The rooms were spacious and all overlooked the pool. We all enjoyed massages from the in-house spa and downtown markets and Pub Street were just a short tuk tuk ride away. We highly recommend The Bliss Angkor if you are looking for quiet accommodation with a homely feel.

They pamper you. All hotel personnel is willing to fullfill your desires. Breakfast is very good, bed is wide and comfortable. They give my wife a birthtday cake. Nobody tell them about it. I supose they got the data from her passport. It was a very nice surprise ....
