整個房子很有味道，看起來富麗堂皇，位置也很好，早餐豐富。但是，一晚上房間的機器（一個是冰箱，一個不知道什麼，一直很很大的異響），睡覺很煩擾。另外一個大問題就是，自駕遊，停車服務需要預約，一定要提前聯繫酒店，他們前台要下午三點上班，我們沒有得到任何提示，到ztl限行區前，停下來打電話，她們説可以開進去，最後才知道我們開進去的門不對，所以還要收大概80的罰單！

Lovely hotel, v elegant and well located. Large, comfortable room and the staff were v helpful. Large bathroom with tub and a shower. Breakfast was excellent and served in the large lounge/dining room. Hotel is on the 2nd floor but there is a small lift.

My wife and I were very pleased with our accommodation in Siena at Palazzo Borghesi. This historic palace has been recently renovated, but it still allows for a full experience of what a noble house felt like in the old days. The personnel went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Borghesi! They were very accommodating to us when we got there in the evening, and super hospitable. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. It is located in a very convenient location for exploring Sienna with sights and restaurants just a short walk away.

My daughter and I stayed in Siena for two days and had an amazing room at the palazzo . Samantha was absolutely fabulous and helpful throughout our stay …she made reservations for us and even set up the patio for us to share a bottle of Prosecco and watch the sunset. The room itself was a dream …exquisite furnishings and a beautiful bathroom.
