Hotel Executive
"The ceiling was fallen down and it was luckily we were not injured!"
Hotel Athena
"The hotel is older, but its well maintained, clean, and the staff provide excellent service. I’d definitely stay there again if I were visiting Sienna. It’s the closest you can stay without entering the ZTL, and walking distance from the Duomo."
Relais la Corte dei Cavalieri
"Great location on the edge of Siena. Easily walkable from the train/Bus station. Siena itself is beautiful, as are the rooms in this B&B. Street was a little loud but nothing to be done about that Host was very welcoming and informative on the area. Breakfast provided was good for the low price."
Il Chiostro Del Carmine
"The hotel is an old cloister and is picturesque, but there is no elevator and carrying suitcases is a bit heavy. The buffet breakfast is quite complete, but poorly organized and they do not replenish what is running out quickly. The beds are comfortable, but you can hear those in the next room and those in the room above."
Mercure Petriolo Siena Terme Spa Hotel
"A beautiful and very elegant property, nestled in nature and surrounded by forests, which makes soaking in the tubs even more relaxing. Everything is meticulously maintained."
Villa del Sole Siena
"The room is large and quiet, the scenery around the hotel is picturesque, and there is a Black Pearl restaurant in the hotel. The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find. The self-driving navigation took a long time to drive around. Be sure to call the hotel front desk in advance to confirm the arrival time and self-driving route."
Casa di Osio
"reception or welcome upon arrival. The room and common areas were dirty, with two shared bathrooms for five rooms. Our room had no window, no ventilation, poor heating despite freezing temperatures, and strong mold smell throughout. Soundproofing was non-existent. This place is seriously misrepresented and absolutely unsuitable for families."
NH Siena
"The bus from Florence stops right in front of the hotel. It is about 3-5 minutes walk to the central. Location is excellent."
Hotel Duomo
"The location of the hotel is very good. The service and communication provided are top notch. Breakfast is sufficient and service is good. I wish there were slippers in the room."

Villa Scacciapensieri Boutique Hotel
"From the garden to the room, everything was wonderful. Above all, it was my first time in Siena, so it was difficult to find a taxi. I'm so grateful to the managers who made sure I had a comfortable stay no matter where I was. The coffee, bread, and fruit for breakfast were all delicious. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful time on my first business trip to Italy. I definitely want to visit again if I have the chance."
Precise House Montaperti Siena
"Good hotel, but the night staff are very bad-tempered, and the way they are treated is aggressive. Excellent daytime employees. Breakfast, excellent kitchen service. Good room, small, reasonable mattress."
Borgo Grondaie
"The country villa style is beautiful and unique, and the service was satisfactory. They were very considerate and helped solve any problems you mentioned. Breakfast needs to be booked the night before. There is parking and a kitchen."
Hotel Certosa di Maggiano
"The facilities are old, there are few breakfast options, and fried eggs cost extra (€6). The hotel is only friendly to European and American guests. The pigeon we ordered tasted bad and when we brought it up, nothing was done."
Domus Il Palio
"I do not recommend it...We arrived at 6:40pm and there was no one to open the door or greet us, I was calling for a long time and they did not answer, until they answered they told me that they would send me a video on WhatsApp to enter, the key to the room they left it in a pot. We didn't see anyone until the next day when the room was delivered at 10:00 am! 10am! You pay for a few hours! Additionally, when we left, they charged us 5 euros as a tourist tax when on trip it appears that it was 4. Very bad, the room is fine. But the service and the way they work very poorly."
Palazzetto Rosso - Art Hotel
"Uniquely styled art hotel with great service and amazing, large rooms where Italian design meets history"
Piccolo Hotel Etruria
"It’s amazing hotel ,in the town , and close to every where ."
Hotel Santa Caterina
"Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended! The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately."
Grand Hotel Continental Siena - Starhotels Collezione
"Love the location, the cleanliness, and the friendly staffs, especially the porter"
Palazzo del Magnifico B&B
"Arrived on the evening of the 12th, departed on the 14th during the day. We were super happy to have chosen this accommodation to stay in Siena. Super attentive and responsive hosts, super clean and warm accommodation and the most wonderful thing was of course the location of the accommodation. We will return with great pleasure! Thank you very much"
Relais Degli Angeli Residenza d'Epoca
"The room was nice, luxuriously decorated, and in a good location."
Four Points by Sheraton Siena
"The shower head is a bit dirty I’d say. The room is ok spacious and clean though."
La Villa
"Sound insulation is a bit bad"
B&B San Francesco
"The property is close to Piazza San Francesco. A five-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. The room isn't large, but it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. The rooms are set back from the main streets, making them quiet. Breakfast could be a little more refined, but it's still plentiful and buffet-style. Mr. Roberto is extremely kind. The proximity to two excellent trattorias offering excellent value and a supermarket right across the street is also a plus. Highly recommended for a lovely weekend visit to this wonderful city!"
B&B Siena in Centro - Diffuso
"I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance. It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B."
