NH Siena
"One of the best hotel on what u spent. Breakfast is so good are include. staff so kind and helpful. enjou to be there and will back each time there. every wed also hv central market close to the hotel, its so good."
Grand Hotel Continental Siena - Starhotels Collezione
"Not recommended, hahaha. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the voices of tourists... and the toiletries are also quite average 😅😅😅 It is easy to be photographed by ztl if you drive... Even if you follow the route on Google map, you will still be photographed. The hotel can help to eliminate it, but you need to park the car in their garage, and the price is more than 60 euros a night..."
Hotel Executive
"I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'."
Four Points by Sheraton Siena
"place was nice, clean and big. service staff were kind and polite, and helped us in pointing out nearby attractions. will need to uber back, and is not walking distance from the centre of town."
Villa Ermellina Siena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before. There was practically no service. When we arrived, no porters came out to help us with our luggage, and no one replenished the water in the refrigerator every day. The room service phone was always busy. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, the waiters didn't offer any drinks or any service. To make matters worse, the hotel description said it was close to the old town and within walking distance of the cathedral, but in reality, it's almost three kilometers away, which is quite far. It takes more than ten minutes to drive there. We felt ripped off. I have never stayed in such a bad Marriott hotel before."
Il Chiostro Del Carmine
"Interesting hotel, but the facilities are quite old."
Best Western Hotel San Marco
"The exterior is very inconspicuous, the interior decoration is quite unique, the bathroom is large and clean, and it is close to the attractions!"
Hotel Athena
"The front desk staff at this hotel were extremely poor! They were arrogant, rude, and never smiled. They showed no respect and treated guests unfairly. We arrived at the hotel and parked in the first parking lot. There were plenty of spaces available, and there were three vacant spaces in the second parking lot. 1. Front desk clerk Daniel was extremely rude. He claimed our car might block other guests' parking, even though there were at least seven vacant spaces available. His unreasonable claim was unfounded. He then pointed out that we were parking outside the hotel, not in the hotel parking lot. I paid for my stay, which included parking on site, but the front desk staff didn't provide us with a suitable, secure parking space. This was extremely infuriating. Finally, we met a kind hotel staff member who allowed us to park in the first parking lot. 2. Daniel, the front desk clerk, ordered us to park our cars within four minutes after delivering our luggage to our rooms. Why did you limit me to four minutes? It's completely unreasonable and disrespectful to guests. The hotel has no control over their staff, which is extremely disrespectful to guests. Even the general manager didn't care about this matter and didn't apologize. This hotel has serious problems. 3. The hotel has seven vacant parking spaces, but they didn't allow us to park. This is unfair! Why can other guests park, but we can't?"
Hotel Santa Caterina
"Everything was great except that it was a duplex ~~~~"

Sangallo Park Hotel
"Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. The advantages have been mentioned in many reviews, parking is free and convenient, and the front desk has warm and friendly service. The only drawback is that the room is not very big, and the bathroom does not have a separate shower room, so you have to stand in the corner of the bathtub to take a shower which is quite cramped. When going to the ancient city of Siena, you can search for public parking lots in different directions on the map. Not far from the parking lot closest to the Duomo, there is a comfortable escalator all the way to the ancient city. If you take a taxi, it will only cost about 10 euros to get to the hotel."
Villa l' Avvenire
"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Free on-site parking was a great bonus, and the city center was about a 30-minute walk away. We also took a taxi, which cost us €13. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"
Siena Hills Apartments
"No hair dryer in the room, curtains that barely block the light in the morning, messy floors, breakfast bartenders who don't even ask if you want coffee in the morning, the poorest and saddest breakfast I've ever seen. Reading other comments, it's clear this is a nursing home and not a hotel. I'd understood from friends that we were staying in a four-star hotel, but I think I misunderstood and that we were actually in a different kind of place. For this reason alone, I'll spare you the insults to the establishment."
Hotel la Colonna
"Shower was poorly designed...i took a shower and the water went right thru the doors and made a mess. I booked it thru Priceline which advertised laundry, and there wasnt. It also listed more amenities but didnt see them....False advertising. Room was okay. Ceiling light bulbs need replaced."
Hotel Ai Tufi
"Really good according locations and sourinding area"
Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Borghesi
"I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Florence. It was a perfect experience; the location is fantastic, with most places within an 8-12 minute walk. The hotel's design is superb. It's right by the river, and the sunsets are beautiful."
Hotel Duomo
"The location of the hotel is very good. The service and communication provided are top notch. Breakfast is sufficient and service is good. I wish there were slippers in the room."
La Villa
"Perfect"
Villa del Sole Siena
"It’s my second time to come to Siena. I highly recommend staying in the ancient city. The scenery is so beautiful. You can reach Piazza della Concha within a few minutes’ walk. If you come here next time, you’ll stay here again. There are taxis on the right after you come out of the Siena train station. , it is very convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. When leaving, the boss will help call a taxi, and the hotel can provide parking spaces! The breakfast is also good, and the scenery outside the room can be taken as a postcard"
Hotel Palazzo dei Priori
"We stayed at this hotel from April 24th to 26th, 2026. It was very dirty, neglected, and unkempt, with a very poor breakfast. An experience not to be repeated. There are much better hotels in Siena with lower prices."
Residenza d'Epoca San Martino 29
"Excellent location within the walled city; close to two gates and the main plaza. Rooms are very large and comfortable. There is a common area with coffee and snacks, so it's perfect for a group to stay together. The best part, however, is the staff who are very responsive and friendly. I had a few minor issues during my stay (locked myself out of the safe, needed help getting a taxi) and they were very helpful. It feels like a private apartment with supportive staff!"
Residenza d'Epoca Campo Regio Relais
"It was such a pleasant experience to stay in Residenza d'Epoca Campo. I must give 5 stars to this very nice hotel,in terms of the location, deco, ambiance, room cleanses, superior view, food, especially the great services. The front desk girl,Sara, gave me a warm welcome, asked my preference on the breakfast and led me to the room,.When heard my planning trip to Bienza next day, She quickly made a search and confirmed me that there were no public bus service on Sunday.Later on, Sara helped me called restaurant to reserve dinner and hotel in Bienza to book a room with discount.Put every things together,I felt lucky to choose this hotel and extended one more night with no hesitation."
Palazzetto Rosso - Art Hotel
"Uniquely styled art hotel with great service and amazing, large rooms where Italian design meets history"
Hotel Palazzo di Valli
"There is no elevator and you have to carry your suitcases up to the third floor. The location is okay, but there is no public transportation to the old town."
Relais la Corte dei Cavalieri
"Honestly, such an absolutely PERFECT location in Siena. The manager and staff were truly so wonderful and I look forward to coming back asap!!"
Hotel Minerva
"Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town."
Il Battistero Siena Residenza d'Epoca
"The room has a great location, is very large, and is close to Siena Cathedral. However, it can be noisy at night because it's located on a street. If you have trouble sleeping, it's recommended to discuss this with them beforehand."
Siena VIP B&B
"Probably the best location, with parking and access by car, and the closest proximity to the historic part of the city. Simona kindly met us in the parking lot and showed us to our room. It's a two-story building, with a small lobby, common areas, and rooms on the second floor. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. By 11 p.m., the square had quieted down completely, so we slept well. In the morning, breakfast was delivered right to our room. It was basic but filling (we ordered it the night before). We were happy with everything, and we recommend it."
