A very romantic small hotel, rich breakfast, beautiful environment, warm service, beautiful view outside the window, everything makes up a wonderful feeling, recommended

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

These are excellent apartments in a wonderful neighborhood. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. It featured a large shower, an attractive ceiling, and comfortable furniture. The stone floor doesn’t exactly make for a cozy atmosphere, but it’s a classic feature in buildings like this. It might get quite cold here in November or during the winter months. The contactless check-in process is very convenient, though you have to follow a link each time you want to open the doors—which could be an issue if you run into problems with your internet connection.

First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

The hotel is in the old city of Siena. If you drive in, you will enter the ztl no-go area. If you park in the hotel parking lot, you can worry about the ztl fine. If you don't want to park the hotel parking lot, tell the front desk and drive in ztl. It's okay to drive out in half an hour. Facilities: Although the hotel is old, the overall facilities are more convenient. Also very clean

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

It is actually a homestay. The triple room is quite big. The location is relatively biased. It is suitable for self-driving tourists. The room includes breakfast. The breakfast is simple but full and the occupancy rate is not high.

Great location to move around in the town. The room contains with basic needs. Never buy the milk or yoghurt in this hot weather as there was no fridge. Overall, it was a nice stay.
