GGuest UserI am satisfied. The room was cute and clean. When I checked in, the room was warm and there was something like aroma burning. The staff was polite and very kind. I had a hard time opening the lock. (This may have been my problem, but I really had a hard time opening it lol) It was a 15-minute walk from the station, and the location was not bad.

AAnonymous UserThe whole house is very tasteful, looks magnificent, the location is very good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the machine in the room (one is a refrigerator, one does not know what, has been very loud), sleeping is very annoying. Another big problem is that self-driving tours, parking services need to be reserved, must contact the hotel in advance, their front desk has to go to work at 3 pm, we did not get any prompts, before going to the ztl limit area, stop and call, they said they can drive in, Finally, I knew that the door we opened was wrong, so I had to charge a ticket of about 80!

WWine1981There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

KKa Ho OscarExcellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for âŹ35 per night, otherwise thereâs a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away.
Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.

GGuest UserVery, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended!
The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately.

MMidolieI highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Siena. Its location is absolutely superb, directly across from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers looking to explore other Tuscan attractions and ancient towns. Eddie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. The cleaning lady who serviced my room on March 23rd was incredibly thorough and dedicated; every corner of the room was spotless. Although we couldn't communicate in English, I could truly feel her passion for her work. On March 26th, it was this same diligent cleaning lady. I specifically went to the front desk to find her, but the female staff member at the counter misunderstood, thinking I was requesting a room cleaning. In reality, I wanted to thank her in person. Since it was around 4 PM, I asked the front desk to help me find her. Instead, a female manager came to my door and immediately said, âThe room has already been cleaned, what did we miss?â She mistakenly thought I was dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness, but she understood after I explained. Thanks to the excellent service from the front desk and the dedicated, empathetic cleaning staff, we fell in love with Siena during our five-day stay. We left for our next destination feeling grateful and satisfied. Thank you to the NH team for your service, and a special thank you to that incredibly diligent cleaning lady!

KKarolinaThe quality ratio to the price is great, very clean, friendly and very helpful service. Parking is free and there is a lot of space on it. We went to Siena from the hotel and I highly recommend - we could see places we wouldn't normally get to.

SsatsumatableConveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

AAaron007The hotel is located right in the center and itâs very easy to walk around day and night. I visited in winter and the hotel staff told me where to find free parking outside of the walls. Itâs under 15min walk. In Summer probably a nightmare with the car.
Room and bed are spacious, very basic. But I need to mention the breakfast was the WORST Iâve had in my life. Ever! It was some packaged biscuits, a lot of different type of spread, all in individual packaging. The other guest couldnât even finish his coffee, because it was so bad. Itâs better not to have anything.
