不知道這家店怎麼招的人！不理解到底是個人行為還是這家店服務態度本身就有問題，大家自己感受。 訂好房後沒有任何消息，顧客到店以後才發現沒有前台，主動打電話聯繫後才告知要加微信且同時房間沒了説要給換複式，最後同意了。加了微信服務意識同樣不到位，沒有主動訊息過，動作慢吞吞。催了以後發了入住訊息沒有任何提醒：酒店掛牌在5棟，顧客到樓上以後多次密碼錯誤進不去，又打電話才告知 房間在4棟，並未告訴顧客如何前往，又打電話問才説。典型的服務意識差！！！其次是退房，本意想續住，結果又是問了以後才説房間已經定訂出去了？一個月前訂的？那這位前台你難道給顧客換房的時候提示一下明天如果續住沒辦法繼續住這間很難嗎？最後是微信跟我説延時17點退房，結果1點20保潔阿姨直接開門進房間？？説前台讓過來看看是否退房？到底是什麼樣的店可以不顧消費者私隱直接接開房門？前台明明可以通知保潔哪些房延遲退房為什麼工作如此滯後？服務態度真的及其惡劣

房間是複式公寓，上層是兩間房，沒有衞生間及茶水用具、下層是衞生間、廚房、休閑區（可以看成是一個縮小版客廳）

設施：空調（是否冷暖沒確定），坐廁，淋浴空間較小；投影儀，樓梯比較窄、比較垂直；電熱水器，通風換氣好，採光一般！

這也配叫酒店？臟亂差，一大早就有人在裝修7點多就別想睡了，淋浴跟噓噓差不多大，洗個澡氣的跳起來。電視還要開什麼**什麼才有的看。不過有一個好處，因為隔音差可以聽到各種嗯啊等讓人難以入睡的叫聲。特別説一下客服，那是真的極品，愛答不理，吊的跟258萬一樣

快50歲了，人生第一次開好了房沒住，連夜搬走的這家店。這家店沒有門頭沒有接待沒有櫃枱啥都沒有，我推着行李箱在街頭來回找了40分鐘。進房後睡覺發現床單不乾淨，皮膚髮癢。仔細看不但不乾淨還破破爛爛，如圖。客廳空調不製冷，卧室空調對着床頭。崩潰了，連夜搬走的，沒住。從頭到尾沒看到任何一個工作人員，加微信發房間密碼進去的。
