"My stay this time was absolutely terrible and I'm very disappointed overall. When checking in, the front desk staff were perfunctory and very impatient when answering questions. The room's cleanliness was poor; there was dust on the desk, the bedding didn't feel clean, the bathroom drain had a strange odor, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The soundproofing in the room was extremely bad. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and the adjacent room, and I was frequently woken up by noise during the night, which severely affected my rest. The room facilities were also quite old, and some switches were malfunctioning. I was here for a business trip and had hoped to get some good rest, but ended up not sleeping well at all. The value for money is very low, it's definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning."

"The room is relatively large...but the facilities are very poor...you can take a look at the pictures...we arrived at night...thought there was no one at the front desk...it turned out that there was a woman playing with her mobile phone with her head down...there was no service at all...we were given a room with all the lights Oh, they are all broken... Our members can upgrade the room for free... The front desk did not take the initiative to help us upgrade... Later, I went down to talk about the room problem and asked for an upgrade before she upgraded us... On the contrary, the aunt who cleaned the room had a better service attitude... Not yet At twelve o'clock, the entire hotel had a power outage... It was terrible... It was the first time we encountered this situation... We had children with us... and there was no air conditioning... There was no elevator... Then I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service... to explain my current situation. Customer service: Do I want to call the police now... Ctrip asked me to wait for notification... Helped me solve the problem very quickly... Ctrip customer service is really good... One hundred likes for the service... Then a manager contacted us and we were repairing... He said he didn't know what to do and he could call me. Then they gave us an electric fan... The power was restored in about half an hour... The manager gave us a 70 yuan restaurant coupon and sent us away... When we went to the restaurant in the morning, the tea table was already 30 yuan... He only gave seventy... He even tipped a security guard... Then he said... It doesn't matter to their hotel whether it has good reviews or not... It's strange that this hotel has hired such a manager and it doesn't close down... He said that his daily salary is only a few dozen Yuan... It sounds really funny to me... The manager's name is Zhang Chaohao... No wonder no one has such service... The aunt said that she is responsible for the hygiene of the entire hotel... How many people do you think there will be... I would like to advise others Never come to this hotel... Never... because there will be a power outage at any time... Don't come if you have hygiene requirements... Never..."

"The exterior looks a bit old, probably quite a while ago, but the rooms inside were a pleasant surprise. They seem to have been renovated in recent years, as most of the rooms are new. The rooms are spacious, sleeping four people in one room; two 1.5-meter beds are no problem. The water park is incredibly fun, though it gets crowded and the water is a bit dirty. There are so many pools: indoors there's a lazy river, a cold water pool, hot and cold caves, a play area, a fish spa, and an amusement park; outdoor there's a surfing pool, an obstacle course, a play area, a swimming pool, and slides. The restaurants near the park entrance offer cheap tea and drinks. Overall, it's very good value for money. However, each room only includes two single-entry tickets; you have to pay for others. This might not be enough for a family with kids, but you can get free tickets with restaurant purchases, so it's better than nothing. Also, the water park is usually very crowded. It's open from 11 am to 10 pm, so it gets incredibly crowded on holidays! I recommend going as soon as it opens; the busiest time is between 3 and 4 pm!"
