GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is superb, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very safe. Self-service check-in is convenient and safe for me, the overall environment is warm and elegant, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the price is very high. Very satisfied with the stay experience, I will choose here next time I travel, highly recommended! I really like it. There are kittens at the front desk. The cats are cute. The cat lovers are ecstatic. The sculptures of cats at the door are really cute. I will definitely come back again. The room is really comfortable and beautiful. 🤩

GGuest User設施方面：前台在悦公館2棟四樓439B（有阿姨在前台，辦理入住需要電話加微信辦理），有電梯，房間比預期的要大，無異味，地板牆壁都很乾凈，裝修風格簡約舒適，冰箱無異味，洗澡水壓適宜，浴室空間恰到好處，掛鈎多很方便，排水ok。投影儀有一點點歪不太好調整（不影響正常觀影），桌子要是高一點像下層B間一樣就好了（方便電腦辦公），房間插座很多燈控也方便，有床頭氛圍燈（藍色）和裝飾樹燈✨，空調很涼快（26度甚至有點冷），窗台有晾衣架，網速打遊戲刷視頻沒問題。樓下就是吾悦廣場吃喝玩樂很方便，附近車流多打車可能有點久。房間樓層稍低樓下是燒烤攤晚上有點噪音，對面有施工地，樓層高點就完美了。
服務方面：怒贊👍第二天的物品補給和衞生清潔需求會提前微信詢問，垃圾放門口阿姨很快會收走。離店可以在前台免費暫存行李（需微信告知前台），走的時候落了一個掛件多虧阿姨提醒，感謝感謝🌹
公寓中午十二點退房，建議提前做好離店準備。

GGuest User民宿的房間是四會市大旺高新區保利瓏灣的單身公寓類型的商品房，我們被安排在27樓頂樓，週末兩房一廳一晚一百多很便宜了，可能因為這裏位置真的夠偏僻，樓下除了有兩間宵夜檔和小賣部還有些走鬼檔可以應急填飽肚子，其餘吃喝玩樂一概沒有。這個保利小區距離大旺城區的大旺商業區開車有10公里左右，一路都是烏漆嘛黑的國道偶爾見到一間農莊散落路邊。因為保利是2023年交樓的，所以房間還比較新，整棟樓入住率目測估計在10%左右，小區門口正對着一個叫龍王廟的水庫，水庫上也做了一些方便住客散步的公園設施，小區四周都是農田以及大旺南山森林公園，公園免費環境優美，本地人週末也會過來野餐徒步啥的，從山腳爬到山頂的凌雲塔是不錯的休閑項目。公寓內的環境符合圖片宣傳的條件，住得挺舒服，但可能因為地理位置偏僻導致住客不多，房費定得不高導致服務跟不上，店家答應我的開發票最後我們都退房了也沒有兑現，住了兩晚從入住到退房，我們基本就是自助服務，除了中間問了店家額外要了幾個垃圾袋。附圖是保利小區周邊的環境，確實不錯的。

The bed is soft and comfortable, the room is clean and odorless, the facilities are intimate, the room layout is simple and warm, the wooden design is super atmosphere! The bedding is soft and sleeps super fragrant, the TV is clear, the facilities are very new, it is particularly comfortable to live, and the price is full!

There seems to be a washing machine laundry room on the top floor of the hotel, but I have not been there yet. Then in the room, the facilities with a projector are still very complete, and the room is quite big, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. The sound of singing in the next room can be heard, and then there are many takeaways around, there are also places to visit in shopping malls and the like.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. My family booked a double room, and we could enjoy the night view from the balcony at night. It was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were of excellent quality and really useful. The attention to detail was so great! A light breakfast was even delivered to the room in the morning, which was very convenient. I give it a thumbs up. I was very satisfied with my stay!

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel in Tianguangxu is first-class, and the service staff is also very good. The price of booking a room through Ctrip is higher than that of booking a room directly at the hotel. If you stay for a few more days, you can apply for membership directly at the hotel, which is about 40 yuan cheaper than Ctrip per day. The disadvantage is that the cockroaches that occasionally crawl out affect your mood.
