AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

I went in and checked whether the four-piece suit was changed at the first time, and the result was generally cleaner than expected. From the beginning of check-in, the front desk staff was particularly warm and polite, and the processing efficiency was high. When I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, I didn't check the time and booked it to be check-in on the 10th and check-out on the 11th. I didn't realize this mistake until I was about to go to the hotel yesterday afternoon. I called the hotel immediately and the hotel generously invited me to stay there.
