"Excellent stay with an outstanding staff. Upon our arrival, we immediately felt genuine hospitality. Ayman quickly explained everything to us, helped with the luggage, and constantly checked on us – we really enjoyed it! Since we don't speak Turkish, Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza were invaluable; they helped us with taxis and recommended wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Fahad kindly brought the medicine I needed and often served me tea – what warm care! The breakfast was delicious and nutritious; the hotel food in general was tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, everything worked well, and cleaning was prompt. The pool was very clean, the sun loungers were tidy, and the staff provided clean towels (extremely important!). Special thanks to Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza for their exceptional work, and to the manager for the excellent selection of staff. We will definitely be back!"

"I didn't go with high expectations for a standard hotel. However, I preferred it because it had a winter garden and was by the river. The tea glasses brought on the first day were dirty and the tea was awful. Since it is a hotel that accepts children, there can be noise from children. On the second day, I think relatives of the employees there were staying in the winter garden and there was loud noise and laughter. Although they noticed this, there was no change in attitude and they continued as is. When it is raining, there is no chance of an umbrella outside, unfortunately. If you are looking for silence, stay away, especially in the winter months. There is not much community adulthood among our people."
