The staff and location make this hotel We’ve just completed a holiday here after a recommendation from a friend. Location is amazing. The hotel has a number of beaches that are attached to the hotel which are the best in my opinion. If resident of the hotel you don’t pay for the sunbeds. We only had minor issues in that the air con isn’t cool enough and I suffer with health but I had a portable mini fan and had that going all night as well. The other was breakfast the cooked items are cool or cold. That is ok as so much other choice to eat and naturally omelettes and toast are hot lol. We will return due to the comfy bed, pillows, and location. The staff all work so hard and are the best. I hope the management appreciate them. I did hear some shocking news on the plane only the lady sat next to me met some of the staff in a bar and they said they get paid 5 euros per hour I just hope this isn’t true as they deserve so much better. Be proud of your team. Thank you to you all and will see you again I’m sure.

This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed, the setting of the hotel is fantastic, the views are so beautiful, all the staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is to much trouble for them, the rooms are beautiful and stunning absolutely perfect ,it was a dream come true, breakfast was perfect, a brilliant selection to choose from, everything you needed, everywhere was so clean ,and if you needed to go to one of the beaches which 10 mins walk or less at the complex and had walking difficulties just ask at reception or phone them and a buggy will come and pick you up, even if you don't have difficulties it will come for you, nothing is to much trouble, you can catch the bus from the bottom of the hotel which will take you to skiathos town for 3 euros and you can get off at other stops, this hotel is absolutely brilliant and so is all it's staff, thank you so much for a dream come true ,Mr and Mrs Denise and Paul Hesketh,

I contacted the hotel prior to our visit to organise a Bottle of champagne Artemis responded so promptly and was always there to great guests a real asset to the hotel warm and very informative as are all the staff were and room was serviced to a excellent level Rooms were stylish and we had our own pool on the nest area the grounds were kept so well the garden team worked very hard pool was lovely to take a dip in the afternoon sun the beaches are stunning and the water crystal clear Food the restaurants are outstanding the fresh fish filleted for you at the table excellent wine lists and lovely live music Spa what can I say you have to have a facial there and deep tissue massage it was world class and so relaxing after a challenging year for myself and my husband this was the luxury break we needed and you guys delivered big time 😎🍾🦞

Lovely setting. Very comfortable. Fantastic private beaches and great restaurants. The staff are very helpful, particularly Artemis! Everything is very clean. Beautiful gardens backing the beach. There is a great spa and a small gym. Beach bars serve lunches and coffee.

Don’t let the negative reviews put you off, we didn’t and I’m glad! We loved the holiday. This hotel is amazing, location is just perfect with access to 4 beaches and a buggy service. We stayed in Grace area and never waited longer for a buggy than 10 minutes on rare occasions. We really liked big banana beach and Amebelakia beach the most. There were always free sunbeds on Ambelakia beach, if you want a sunbed on big Banana beach you have to get there not later than 11am. All beaches are open to public, we didn’t see many using Ambelakia beach other than the sunbeds by the bars not owned by the hotel. The sand is so beautiful and sparkly on all the beaches. Both swimming pools are nice, not crowded, few people using them at a time. We loved the view from Grace swimming pool. Breakfast had good choice of food and never felt rushed to leave even tho it was 11am. Can’t fault the staff, always smiling and polite. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. We hope to return to Elivi. Skiathos really is a „bumerang” island.

Truly a dreamy resort with every room overlooking a stunning view.the Elivi has three of the very best restaurants on Skiathos and encompasses four of the top beaches. The hotel is expansive (given the number of rooms) but does not give the impression of a supersized resort. The folks at the front desk will get to know you by name as will the golf cart drivers who ferry you from your room to the beach. We’ll have to come back only because we didn’t have time to eat at every restaurant and explore every beach available at the resort!

Fabulous room, well looked after by a wonderful Greek lady who made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a suite with a private pool in the Nest area. The room was immaculately clean, beautiful linens which were changed daily. Lovely bathroom. The views from the terrace were incredible. This room( 1719) is high in the Nest area so beautiful sunsets. The downside of this room is that the cleaning staff are based beneath it and the laundry gets delivered here early in the morning. But everyone is so friendly and waves and smiles so I never minded. Breakfast was good , a great variety of choices. Very good coffee. We loved the Beach ( Big banana) but found the music in June way too loud ... in September it was more mellow and chilled. Great lunch here. We also loved Blackbird beach ( stunning beach) but thought the bar/ cafe could be improved. ( too much plastic) The Greek fish restaurant overlooking the beach is fabulous , great food here and a lovely vibe. The main bar was a good place for after dinner coffee and drinks. Very hard working and friendly staff. We really loved our stay here, both in June and September. It is a stunning hotel and I hope we will be able to experience it again.

Stayed at the Elivi hotel, within the Nest area. Fabulous well equipped 5 star facilities. Room was clean with jacuzzi facility . Breakfast at the Nest area was not a good experience, No greet from staff , just wondering around cleaning tables. Serving breakfast hot food items cold from a hot plate not working. This was pointed out to staff but fell on deaf ears. Still serving cold baked beans, mushroom. Potato & eggs after our week stay. Shocking. Such a shame as a marvellous place to stay. Close to beaches and good local restaurants. Staff training is definitely needed at Elivi, specially in food service areas.
