Atlas Hotel Skiathos ★★★★
"It is a great location, it was cleaned everyday and had new towels daily as well. Loved the friendly staff Stella with her hospitality"
Alkyon ★★★★
"The location is right next to the port, very convenient for restaurants at the port, and most importantly for the main bus station to the beaches. While it is central still quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was really good, warm bougatsa and spianch roll, and many more alternatives for desserts and hot meal. The view of the terrace is perfect. The rooms are with balconies, it is convenient to hang swimsuits and towels. The lady at the reception (could be the hotel manager) was very welcoming, all the staff has very positive attitude. The next time to Skiatos, I would prefer this hotel again."
Pension Margarita ★★
"Good location, walking distance to port, markets, restaurants. Clean rooms with all you need. Has amazing view"
Skiathos Palace Hotel ★★★★
"Firstly,I would take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Some are downright unfair and untrue. As far as the steps, slopes and walking are concerned you know when you book it as its highlighted, tho there is,in my opinion much scaremongering about it. My husband and i are in our late 60s w the inevitable arthritic changes, but its not been an issue tho we choose the road rather than the steps. The free shuttle the hotel provides is fab!! Staff are polite and heardworking and very helpful We are here now room 620,and we absolutely love it. The views are simply amazing. I requested a higher floor for the views and was grateful to get one...thank you so much. Breakfast is good and everything run efficiently. Pool bar lovely,if a bit expensive, but Skiathos tends to err on the more expensive, but worth it. Cleanliness is excellent. All in all a relaxing, calm atmosphere with stunning views. We would definitely recommend, and would return."
Nimfi Suites ★★★★
Skiathos Thalassa Cape, Philian Hotels and Resorts ★★★★
"If you want a beach boutique hotel this is the place to stay and only 10 minutes walk into Skiathos town .This is the second time we have stayed at Thalassa Cape and I was just as fabulous the second time .Lovely size room and always kept really clean. The staff on reception are amazing really friendly and helpful at all times . A big thank you to Kathleen,Eleni,Tony, and we mustn’t forget the lovely Paul who is always happy to help. The morning buffet is always well stocked and lots of choice in the restaurant with a lovely view across the bay. Thanks to Tasos and Ronnie keeping my coffee topped up.Great service an we hope to visit again soon.😃"
Skianthion ★★★
"The room was very small as seen in the photos mostly they stole our beach towels. Knowing that we were Italian, the prices were absurd and doubled for us, they also made you pay for the air. Addirittura se fitti un mezzo dopo tutti i soldi presi anche il parcheggio ti fanno pagare"
Radisson Resort Skiathos ★★★★
"We had a lovely family holiday staying at this hotel. We booked two rooms, one for my wife & I + a room for my teenage daughters. The hotel is very clean & modern, but very relaxed as quite a small hotel. The best thing about this hotel was it's brilliant staff & manager, who did everything possible to make our stay as relaxing as possible. We asked for a Seaview & the next day, we were moved to a beautiful room at the front of the hotel with a view overlooking Kanapitsa bay - it was gorgeous. We also forget one of our bags, when we went to the airport! But the hotel teamsaud no problem & sent is to us via a taxi - which was brilliant service, we were very grateful. The location is also lovely with a 2 minute walk to the local taverna kanapitsa right on the beach - we had dinner here several times, right by the waters edge, looking out on the Aegean sea, absolutely loved it! "
Fengeros Village ★★★
"Fabulous weeks stay. The owner is so friendly and wants to ensure your stay is made special. Recommends places to visit on the Island and excellent authentic local restaurants. The views from the hotel are to die for. Rooms are cleaned each day. The pool area is always clean. We can't thank Alexandra enough who served breakfast, she was so accommodating. Breakfast was value for money and delicious. Just over 10 minutes walk to Skiathos town and a 5 minute walk to the local beach. The bus service is really good, we were on bus stop 5. Such a pretty Island, we will come back again. Thank you, Helen & Rich."

Margi House
"Really nice place - with great accomodation - Linen/towels changed every two days - very clean and quiet Rooms are decent size with fridge/ cooking equipment and safe Unfortunately we had a problem with the swimming pool for the second week. The first week the pool was crystal clear and very good- no one else using it so it felt like we were in a private garden. Overnight after a storm the pool turned green and murky. Depsite pointing this out to the reception nothing was done to sort this problem out for the last week of our visit so we had no pool at all. We did receive some refund but that is not the point. On a hot day you need the pool. I guess as it was comong up to end of season that they were just not going to bother to do anything about it"
Azalea
"The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people."
Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa
"We had an amazing 10-day stay at Kassandra Bay Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel completely welcome. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They truly make the experience special. It’s hard to single anyone out because every single member of the team was exceptional. There are so many positives, it’s difficult to know where to begin. Our maisonette with a sea view was fantastic, the location is perfect, and having a water taxi directly from the hotel’s beach into town was such a bonus. The beach itself is stunning, with some of the most comfortable loungers we’ve ever experienced—both by the beach and the pool, which is important to us as we love to relax during the day and explore in the evenings. The cocktails were delicious, and the breakfast offered plenty of variety. I usually travel with my Nespresso machine, but the double espresso served at breakfast was excellent! We had a small issue with our bed, but it was handled incredibly well. Stefano, the manager, could not have done more for us. Our daily chats with him were always a pleasure—he is genuinely kind and clearly takes great pride in his work. We will most definitely be returning and hope to see all the wonderful staff again. Wishing you all the very best for the rest of the season!"
Cape Kanapitsa Hotel & Suites
"The positives: Fabulous position with stunning views. Close to two lovely beaches. Nice rooftop restaurant / bar serving great breakfast and meals all day. Anna and Lucas and their small team on the rooftop were friendly and did a great job. The Negatives: Our room was horrible. Shower flooded the bathroom as it didn't drain properly. I slipped on the wet floor hurting my back. I reported to reception. Maintenance came but never fixed the problem. At checkout the receptionist asked me if the problem had been fixed !!! No mirror in bedroom. No smoke alarm ( legal requirement) no safety notice in case of fire etc ( legal requirement). Wires protuding from ceiling in bathroom and bedroom where lights should have been. Poor quality ( stiff and like sandpaper) sheets and bedding that were too small for the bed. Room overall very dirty. Floor not swept or washed once while we were there. Empty paint tins and rubbish pushed in bushes by footpath. At checkout I spoke to the owner and told him my concerns. He was very rude to me and effectively called me a liar just trying to be negative. Told me if I don't like it don't stay here !!!! I questioned his as to why he never responds to messages on Tripadvisor and he said he doesn't need to as he doesn't care what people think !!! Unbelievable. Definitely NOT a 5*. Its a pity that the owner is so arrogant and knows that people will stay there because of location even though it is a poor quality hotel."
Elivi Skiathos
"We’ve been coming here since the resort was built and I still consider it the best in Greece. The location is unbeatable and the views and beaches breathtaking. The staff is kind and helpful, Christi, Angela, the GM Iosif and all the buggy drivers and waiters have made our stay truly enjoyable and we are very grateful to them all"
Princess Resort, Santikos Collection
"Second visit to this hotel. Great location & lovely hotel but not a 5 star. Rooms cleaned very well everyday. Umbrellas on the beach need replacing , the rattan is worn out so difficulty to get shade. Had 2 lunches there but was very disappointed so ate elsewhere. Had a chicken Caesar salad one day but couldn’t find the chicken & hardly any tuna in the tuna salad full of tomato. Very mean for the price charged. There is better food served in the nearby tavernas & beach bars. They have stopped giving nuts or snacks when you buy a drink very mean for a 5 star. The breakfast is good but think they should cook eggs fresh to order & get rid of that silly pancake making machine. Was told we couldn’t eat our own crisps or fruit on the beach which we felt was unfair as we were bed & breakfast. Don’t agree with the hotel renting beds to the general public after 1pm. As a guest you might come down at 2pm to find no beds available. The hotel need to stop this practice and put up signs to inform the public. We have already booked for next year with our friends as the hotel & location is lovely and we had a brilliant holiday and will always return. Our complaints are intended to be positive criticisms to help improve the service. Many returning guests that we spoke to during our stay were saying the same as us."
Aegean Suites, Santikos Collection
"Not a 5 Star result If you're thinking of going to this resort, you need to know there maybe lots and lots of steps to your apartments. We were one tear from the top of the resort and from the road to our apartment was 150 steps and carrying cases up and down was totally exhausting. Dining is outdoor and we went early May and was freezing cold when we were eating breakfast dinner and lunch and on the flip side I guess in the summer it's gonna be absolutely roasting with no air-conditioning in the dining area. Elements of food was always cold. We food something was always cold on Plate, even team and coffee was cold. The advertised leisurely stroll into the town is not so leisurely as there are quite a lot of the road that theres are no paths and you have to walk in the road. It also suggests that the beach is just across the road which in fact it is but you have to walk down the road a bit and walk through some bramble down onto the beach and the beach is not that good with no facilities by the Hotel. In our opinion, there is no way that this result is five star. We were all inclusive and not even water in the room on arrival. Check drinks menu if you going all inclusive as limited drinks."
Pelagoon Skiathos
La Piscine Art Hotel, Philian Hotels and Resorts
"A great hotel adults only, very close to town. Staff are very king and welcoming."
Petra Nera Skiathos, Philian Hotels & Resorts
"Location of this hotel was perfect for us. The hills didn’t cause any issue, we stayed in lower level main building which was ideal. The breakfast was ok, could have had better selection of fruit, and the toaster took forever to toast bread but it wasn’t end of world as it was never busy. The coffee was best part of breakfast for me. The driver kindly dropped us to beach a couple of times which we were grateful for although it’s only a few minutes walk anyway. Pool area was small but adequate and always able to get a bed. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and easy to get into town on bus but it does get crowed. Loads of nice places to eat in town. Koukaniaries beach is well worth a visit - can get busy so avoid weekends. But the sea is definitely worth the trip. We also went in Mama Mia trip which was great fun and also spent day at Tsgourias we took small ferry from port."
Magic Hotel
"Well what a wonderful find - we stayed for 2 weeks and had one of the best holidays of our life. Ok, it may have a fair few steps but boy what a reward with the views. Every corner is spotlessly clean, staff helpful & friendly. The breakfast was perfect to suit most tastes and ‘ The View ‘ restaurant served Fabulous meals and free ouzo ! We stayed in June and there were plenty of sunbeds and reserving with towels is not allowed. Maybe would get a little short in peak season. The pool is large and just what you need after a trip into Skiathos town. If I had to find a fault it would be that there is a little traffic noise otherwise 10/10 ."
Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence
"All members of staff are super friendly, the accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable with ceiling fan and AC. The rooms have automatic blackout blinds which enabled us to have the best sleeps ever! The two pools were just the right size with sun-beds available The breakfast was excellent and on the occasion we ate an evening meal the food was delicious It is in a quiet area but only 10mins walk from the centre of town where there is an abundance of restaurants, We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mystery Hotel to anyone that visits to beautiful Skiathos"
Skiathos Avaton Hotel, Philian Hotels & Resorts
"Our room upon arrival was called a rear standard room , the room itself was okay but not great quality but its only for sleeping, that said the bathroom was small and poor , the shower had black mould all around, it leaked every time you took a shower flooding the floor , the sink had mould all around the sealant, and a broken sink. We booked half board ( big mistake ) please don't book this option, the service was poor even though we were the only people on half board , the menu choices were limited and remained the same all week , the standard of the food was poor, overcooked and reheated, so we exchanged the evening meal for lunch time snack menu which was limited , so we ended up eating out or eating the same thing every day , this reflected on the fact that no one ate at the hotel and it was very quiet , lesson learned . The staff were super friendly so no complaints there however they forgot frequently your order so having to chase which is comical as no on ate there . I would not return but the location was ideal and i would return to the Island , i cannot understand however that it has been given 4 rating, i would class this hotel more like a hostel and 2-3 rating at the most ."
Giabeos
Mandraki Village Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is nicely laid out with accommodation in beautifully kept grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view. The pool was small but sufficient for the number of guests. The breakfast was good and the cocktails were fantastic. But be careful with the bar bill as we had an unexpected bill for €75 at the end of our stay. The choice of restaurants nearby was good and the bus service was excellent to go into Skiathos Town. We booked a boat trip through the hotel but when we got there at the designated time, the boat had already left! We went on another trip so got to see more of the island."
Iris Skiathos
"Located in the center of Skiathos but on a secluded street, the room and common areas are excellently cleaned. Towels and sheets are changed daily. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, convenient because coffee in Skiathos is a bit expensive."
