We stayed here in Sept 2024 and had a lovely time. It is a traditional greek property which we love, don't expect super luxury but everything you need is there including air conditioning which is included in the price (unusual for accommodation at this price on Skiathos) but very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Ideal if you are looking for a simple but lovely and very Greek property. The owners were wonderful we felt like family and they could not do enough for us. Our room was always spotlessly clean and they were always asking if there was anything else we needed. The property is situated on a hill (steep but short and not a major issue for us) with great views but just a few minutes walk from the main street with its bars and tavernas and the beach. Overall I would say if you are looking for traditional reasonably priced accommodation a few minutes from Paraskevi which is very clean and well looked after with lovely Greek owners this is the place for you. We loved our stay here.

They refused to accept a 4-year-old child who slept with us in the bed in order to rent the property at a higher price. They forced us to pay in advance, even though they initially specified that it was to be paid at the property and canceled our reservation.

Anna Maria and her husband Vasilis welcome you into their studios with courtesy, availability and attention. Upon arrival, a bottle of water and a bottle of fruit juice are available in the fridge; both fresh. The rooms are cleaned very well and daily by Anna Maria and one of her collaborators. The sheets are replaced every 3 days and the towels every 2 days. The mattresses are comfortable (we like them firm); the rooms are air conditioned, equipped with a hairdryer, two electric hobs, a kettle and cooking and breakfast facilities. Our 2 studios were on the ground floor and therefore overlooked a garden. Outside there is a table with chairs and a clothesline. Vasilis takes care of the greenery surrounding the studios with passion and attention. The apartments are located on a very quiet hill and can be reached via a steep uphill road but passable by car or scooter. The location is perfect because it is far from the road but a few kilometers from the center of Skiathos.

Enchanting place perched on the hill facing the sea in total tranquility. All rooms have their own balcony overlooking the well-kept garden with sea view. Fantastic hosts, incredibly kind and thoughtful, always available and attentive to your every need. In many years of travel we have never found attention like this. Cleanliness worthy of a 5 star. If by chance you are away and the weather changes the lady will put the things you left out for shelter. If we really want to find a flaw there is only the steep climb to get to the car park which if done on foot can be tiring so recommended the use of a motorized vehicle highly recommended

Bellissimo posto in mezzo al verde, tranquillo e lontano dalla strada, con vista direttamente sul mare. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti in motorino dal centro di Skiathos, ma la posizione è strategica in quanto circa a metà dell’isola e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. La gentilezza e accoglienza dei proprietari é qualcosa di raro! Ci hanno accolto offrendoci un caffè e facendoci trovare in camera dell’acqua e del succo. Ci hanno consigliato le migliori spiagge e ristoranti tipici ma non turistici da provare. Gestiscono la struttura con passione ed estrema cura, le pulizie vengono fatte ogni giorno e il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2/3 giorni. Consigliatissimo!
