"I'm only pressing medium as I stayed in this hotel YEARS ago,it was ok but a bit worn. Arrangement prev'ly was leaving my car parked for 4-5 days but needed to be at airport at crack of dawn and caught their 4am shuttle. Needed same thing when I booked this time, needed their shuttle. Messaged them along with booking, qouted when I needed to be at LGW early, they failed to tell me the shuttle no longer existed. Duh. Only way to access place was by taxi, I loathe taxis and was quoted an excessive fare more than room cost! Disgusted. Even if I'd parked there how was I to get to airport??? No mention anywhere in booking pages. Total ******. Don't they read messages?? Certainly going to claim refund."

"I stayed at the Travelodge Billinghurst/Five oaks for one night. Arrived tired & was greeted brilliantly by (please forgive me if im wrong but she worked 27/07pm) Natalie ? & instantly cheered me up, assured me of a good stay & couldnt do enough to help. I bumped into her later & she gave a personal experience about what we’d already spoke about & made sure i was happy ! I was then greeted by a very polite & smiley Francis on my departure despite it being around 6:30am ! Small hotel but clean room & excellent staff."

"The room was at 28.5C and the tiny bit of open window didn’t let much air in. The room got full sun all morning. It wasn’t the megahot days. I think anything more than sunny summer 20C outside would be unpleasant. No aircon, just a fan. The sink was blocked. People began unloading planks under my window at 7,30am. The receptionist when I checked in spoke to me like she was announcing on a PA system. There’s no car park."
