"Have just enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay at Randon Hall. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and smile. Our room (17) was beautifully decorated with a splended white four poster, which turned out to be incredibly comfortable. The room had everything a guest could possibly need powerful hairdryer to a hotwater bottle, not needed, but availiable. We spend the eve in the cosy bar with it's magnificant open fire, before a delicious meal accompanied by superb housewine. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The staff (possibly family members) couldn't have been more attentive and made us feel like VIPs. I am looking forward to visiting again, possibly in the run up to Christmas when I understand the hotel twinkles with decorations. Thank you to all."

"I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception."

"The beds were absolutely terrible, never had a worse night sleep as we did there, so uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard and lumpy we hardly got any sleep at all. The plans flying over were noisy. There was dirty washing in the hallway when we arrived at 7 pm and was still there the next day at 8 am. They advised breakfast but then we were told there wasn’t any. Over all staff were polite it was quite clean but we would never stay again"

"The worst hotel we have ever been to. No advantages here at all. I stay here with my husband at the moment. Very dirty rooms (look at the attached pictures). We asked to changed our first room as is had no walking shower and the soap was covered in disgusting dirt. The hotel offered us a new room which is single. The bed is dirty so we have to sleep in our clothes that we normally wear outdoors. We highly recommend everyone who values basic human needs such as cleanliness to avoid this awful hotel."

"It is absolutely very very clean place clean bedding very comfortable mattress I never been so happy like last night. I slept Very comfortable And the receptionist he was so nice the one I met when I first arrived as I don’t like the milk they put in a room he gave me a glass of milk and I was so happy he was so nice. I had very comfortable time."
