"Have just enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay at Randon Hall. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and smile. Our room (17) was beautifully decorated with a splended white four poster, which turned out to be incredibly comfortable. The room had everything a guest could possibly need powerful hairdryer to a hotwater bottle, not needed, but availiable. We spend the eve in the cosy bar with it's magnificant open fire, before a delicious meal accompanied by superb housewine. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The staff (possibly family members) couldn't have been more attentive and made us feel like VIPs. I am looking forward to visiting again, possibly in the run up to Christmas when I understand the hotel twinkles with decorations. Thank you to all."

"We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family"

"I stayed at the Travelodge Billinghurst/Five oaks for one night. Arrived tired & was greeted brilliantly by (please forgive me if im wrong but she worked 27/07pm) Natalie ? & instantly cheered me up, assured me of a good stay & couldnt do enough to help. I bumped into her later & she gave a personal experience about what we’d already spoke about & made sure i was happy ! I was then greeted by a very polite & smiley Francis on my departure despite it being around 6:30am ! Small hotel but clean room & excellent staff."

"The beds were absolutely terrible, never had a worse night sleep as we did there, so uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard and lumpy we hardly got any sleep at all. The plans flying over were noisy. There was dirty washing in the hallway when we arrived at 7 pm and was still there the next day at 8 am. They advised breakfast but then we were told there wasn’t any. Over all staff were polite it was quite clean but we would never stay again"

"The room was very nice, clean, big enough for two people. The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center. The hotel has an elevator and a dining area. There are many bars, cafeterias, a shopping center, other shops nearby. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It would be nice if breakfast was included by default, without having to buy it separately. The room reservation fee per night was high enough to include such a bonus."
