Ibis Budget London Heathrow Terminal 5

Lack of blue badge spaces. Parked for 40 minutes whilst dropping my bags off. Long queues inside. Came home to a £140 parking fine. Would not stay again. Thoroughly disappointed. Having stayed in Accor hotel all over Europe. This has been the worst.

We arrived the hotel around 2030 after 12+ hours flight. Waited a while for checking in. Really shocked to see that the room we got not tidy up. Went back to check in counter. Got the second room and same problem. Got the third room and sofa bed not setting up. More problem in the morning as taxi I booked only referred to my first room number and got the wrong car size even though I reminded the receptionist to make sure to change my taxi booking info. I know this is kind of budget hotel but a little touch on service will make this a very nice hotel

Stayed here as part of a deal to visit Harry Potter World so had no choice on the hotel, it's just awful the lift to reception took forever which was not a good start and it went down hill from there. The rooms are very small and basic the good thing is the room was clean the bad thing it was like a sauna no air and the window could not open with no air con. We had a tiny fan which was useless, had the worst nights sleep ever and it was noisy walls paper thin. There is limited food options in the hotel on an evening and what they offer is over priced and tasteless. Breakfast is also disgusting and does not look fit for human consumption. Terrible place and would never stay here again

ATTENTION! This hotel is CLOSED to the public - DO NOT book here. Booked this hotel via ********** around a month before we were due to be staying there. Arrived at the hotel April 12th 2022 to find the car park pretty much empty (immediately thought this was weird.) We got all our cases out of the car and were approached by what looked like a security guard who advised us the hotel was closed. We advised him that we'd received no email on this. He guided us towards reception and said we would need to clarify there. The setup in the place looked off. Almost like a quarantine hotel. Even if it had been open, we definitely would not have stayed. We pressed the bell and one of the Ibis staff advised us that our booking had been moved to a cheaper, lower grade Ibis budget hotel which was around a 15-minute drive away. This was no use to us as we had booked this hotel due to needing to be as close as possible to terminal 5. With it already being 9 pm at this point and our flight being the first thing the next day, we had no choice but to head to the other hotel. An Ibis Budget on Bath Road. This hotel is absolutely vile. Staff had no clue what was going on and the queue to check in was ridiculous. They couldn't even find our booking at reception when we got to the front. When we got to our extremely hot & stuffy room we decided the place wasn't for us and immediately checked out & went to a different hotel. BEWARE when booking. I have complained to ********** but think this may be a money-making tactic by advising the hotel as OPEN and then moving the bookings over to a cheap and dirty hotel. I can see from other reviews on Google that this hotel is now being used to house male migrants. A definite NO GO basically.

Staying here for Two nights but tonight I'm on my own, the staff are absolute legends and so helpful and their food is amazing, big portions even their light bites! Food is super tasty, tastes fresh and it's affordable compared to the rest of London restaurants, honestly a hidden gem of a place. The rooms are pretty big, modern style aesthetic and super comfy, perfect for a weekend getaway, solo or business, such a lovely place, I'll be coming here when I visit Heathrow! And I definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for a night before a flight. Staff were helpful before we arrived as I called with a query. Also friendly upon late night check in and booked us a taxi for the morning. The taxi was running late and they spent time chasing it for us which was kind. Facilities were clean and beds were comfortable. Check in and out was easy.
