"IWe had a great stay overall and the service was very good. However, when making the booking, we clearly stated that there would be four guests — two adults and two children. Unfortunately, it seemed the reception team had not been informed that we were staying with two children, which caused a little confusion on arrival. Aside from this issue, the staff were friendly, the service was good, and we still enjoyed our stay. Better communication between the booking team and reception would make the experience even smoother for future guests."

"Not the best place I have stayed at. Only 4 sheets of loo roll, no spares so I had to go to reception, Drink making facilities were lacking in sugar and milk, sugar granules all over the holder. The bath shower mat which was on the rail by the bath had blood stains all over, wet scrunched up loo roll which looked like it had been used as a plug was in the corner of the bath. To be frank if the bed was not made I would have said the room hadn't been prepared On a positive note the hotel is at a motorway service area and outside I only saw one rat."

"Called in at Sunday lunchtime just for a quick drink, never having been here before, managed to get a seat in the covered seating area outside. Immediately noticed a wood fired pizza oven which smelt amazing, couldn’t resist ordering pizza’s which were some of the best pizza’s we had ever eaten, service was also excellent, will definitely be back."
