"I stay in a lot of hotels and most don’t do enough to earn a bad or a good review they are just so-so. This place is different- I loved it and so did all the family. We were given two Butlers (one off when the other is on), normally I find this a gimmick but here they were invaluable. They helped book trips, restaurants, nothing was too much for them - Alfonso and Gilberto take a bow. Then there was Montserrat on the front desk who I am sure did a lot more besides that, if I could I would have taken her back to the Uk and given her a job; my wife can be fussy so we changed rooms a lot on the first day or so but Montse had no problems with helping and was A++++. The rooms were great, clean, new and we heard no noise. It is a peaceful place and even my kids who are young boys were very happy. The waiters and waitresses were great, remembered you at breakfast and everything was easy as you want it to be when on holiday. I have had problems with the Hyatt as a group before (this is a Hyatt hotel) mainly with loyalty where your status should guarantee you a room with I think 72 hours notice but on two recent occasions they refused to honour their promise and indeed when I emailed them with specific dates and the hotels involved (Budapest and Mexico) I was ignored with no email response, so I am not a lover of the brand but I do love this hotel. Do not let the ownership group put you off this hotel, if you want to relax, see some nature, swim and not have the flotsam and jetsam of society thrown into your hotel when you are there, then stay at this place, you will certainly feel like you have had a rest. Breakfast is fantastic, food is good, people are nice, other guests all very easy and you will feel relaxed at the end of your stay and not wanting it to end - if a hotel can achieve this then they have done their job so so well. Thank you guys we loved it."

"It's a really fun and delicious hotel with a lot of activities. I originally planned to stay for one night, but found it was not enough, so I booked another night. There are 10 restaurants to eat in turn, and I went to the park to explore during the day. I was very satisfied."

"Pros: very clean, staff are helpful and polite. The beach is beautiful white sand with turquoise water and palm trees for shade.  There are a lot of chairs around the pools and on the beach. The room was comfy, good beds and pillows. Great shower and bathtub.   The property is well kept. The are many activities, games and events organized.  CONS:  The food is average, generic and limited for vegetarians.  The restaurant menues are not a la carte. It’s a fixed menu.  The cocktail are way too sweet , except for David, it was impossible to get a good drink. The wine is dry but no choice not even to purchased. If you like an American diet with everything sweet and you want to hand by the pool and bar, you will be happy. If you want to rest on the beach, without having vendors bug you every 5 minutes plus  having to breathe cigarette smokes which is allowed all over the beach.   If you like decent food and enjoy a good cocktail and wine.  This place is not for you."

"It was my third trip with my gf to this hotel and we loved it every single time. The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind, and the cocktails are diversified and delicious The only suggestion I could make to make the experience even better would be a nice espresso/coffee machine experience. Generally speaking, when they make a latte/capuccino or any other type of speciality coffee the foam Is not totally adequate and the milk used is a bit too sweet for Some reason. But this is just my personal preference! :) I would recommend this hotel to everybody that want to enjoy a quiet/romantic time with his/her partner"
