The worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Feels like a 2-star hotel, and the owner is extremely rude. Definitely not a place for a pleasant stay.

I had a reservation for two rooms. When we arrived there was only one room available and the owner wanted to put all five of us in one large room with one bathroom, for the same price. He finally said we could get 15% off on food to make up the difference. This was just not acceptable. The rooms were prepaid and he refused to give us our money back. Fortunately, we booked through a third party and they intervened and we finally received a refund. If you have a reservation here it means nothing. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel did not live up to what we had booked, and we got the impression that they deliberately try to cheat and extract extra money from the guests. We had booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, we were given a room for 2 people, with two extra beds that barely fit in the room and were much too small for our children. After a long discussion with the hotel owner, we got the room we had booked (and paid for!!). The playground was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, but we did not expect it to cost 50 euros per day - it is not worth it! This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, everything from Wi-Fi to bicycle parking and using the refrigerator costs extra money - things you otherwise expect to be included. We cannot recommend the hotel in any way.

I would not recommend this hotel. You have to pay extra for everything. You have to pay to go to the playground, using the wellness area, wifi. The breakfast is very expensive - 29 for adults and 18 Euros for children. We were not happy with this hotel

Die ersten Schneeflocken verwandelten die Umgebung des Hotel Berghof in ein Wintermärchen. Die Zimmer waren warm und gemütlich, ideal für die kalte Jahreszeit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich war ein Highlight, besonders nach langen Spaziergängen in der frischen Luft. Ein wundervoller Ort, um den Winter zu begrüßen!

Hotel verdient -glaube ich- an den Zusatzleistungen; - kein kostenloses WLAN, nur in der Lobby - Bier 0,2 5,90€ / Brunnenwasser 2,90€ (Leitungswasser) / eine Flasche Wasser 11,90€…. - Standardzimmer - Komfortzimmer (nur Sicht ins Tal (Industriegebiet) kostet 30€ Aufpreis pro Tag / Suite 50€ pro Tag - Sauna ist ebenfalls nicht enthalten. Kostet 30€ pro Person pro Tag - ….

Aankomend bij het hotel, kregen we te horen dat de kamer nog niet klaar was. We konden wat gaan eten en daarna terugkomen. Bij terugkomst, werd duidelijk dat er geen kamer beschikbaar was voor ons. En of we een nacht naar het dorp (daar hoefde we niets voor bij te betalen werd gezegt) konden gaan en de volgende dag terugkomen voor de mooiste kamer die ze hebben (Wat ongeloofwaardig was, gezien het feit dat er al 6 gezinnen naar een ander hotel gestuurd waren). De baas/manager keek ons niet meer aan. Liet een medewerker "het probleem" oplossen wel dat hij zelf buiten stond te feesten met de andere gasten. We zijn op een kille niet vriendelijke manier behandeld, er werd gedaan of het geweldig was dat zij een ander hotel geregeld hadden in het dorp en we daar niet voor bij hoefde te betalen. Er geen verdere tegemoetkoming. Al met al een echte aanfluiting!

Frühstücksbuffet: 30,— Euro. Bier 0,4: 7,40 Euro Radler/Weizen: 8,40 Euro Cocktail: 16,— Euro Menü am Abend: 48,00 Euro …. Fazit: Hier wird bis über die Schmerzgrenze an den Nebenkosten verdient. Zum Hotel: 2-Sterne-Standard, alte Zimmer. Alles steht voll mit altem Zeugs. Besitzer muss ein Messi sein. Personal: unflexibel. Obwohl das Restaurant leer war, wurden wir mittig an einen Durchgangstisch mit einem anderen Paar gesetzt. Die Tische am hellen Fenster (und somit an der frischen Luft waren alle frei). Diesen Ort solltet ihr unbedingt meiden.
