Xiangzhi Hostel

The B&B is an old house with less than ideal soundproofing. It was a bit uncomfortable to be woken up by the noise from upstairs in the middle of the night. However, the owner and the lady boss of the B&B are very nice, warm and thoughtful. The surrounding area is also very lively. I recommend staying here~

Thank you to Mr. Xiangzhi and his wife for their hospitality for four days and three nights. Our family's dream of living in an old courtyard in the historical city has come true. The room is tidy and clean. Every morning when we open the door and breathe in the fresh air from the courtyard, the whole day becomes so refreshing. The breakfast carefully prepared by the lady boss is also very delicious. The B&B is just a few steps away from Songyang Old Street, with an excellent geographical location. We visited Songyang Old Town, Chenjiapu, Xikeng, Songzhuang, Yangjiatang and Houshe Village, where the people are simple and honest, and where historical heritage and humanistic atmosphere coexist. We were fortunate to witness villages and buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China, as well as old craftsmen who integrated intangible cultural heritage into their daily lives, which was awe-inspiring. Songyang is a place worth visiting again and again. I will choose to stay in Xiangzhi when I come to Songyang in the future.

Close to Songyang Old Street, a quiet place amidst the bustle. The quaint courtyard and the room are larger than expected. Although it is a B&B, it is warm and clean. The facilities are complete and the quilt is very comfortable. The breakfast is also quite rich and can be delivered to the room. The poached eggs made by the boss lady are super delicious. The lady boss is kind-hearted and helpful in suggesting routes and transportation to the ancient village. The kid's shoes came off the glue, and I wanted to ask her where there was a shoe repair place nearby, but the lady boss enthusiastically took out her own shoe repair glue and helped to fix it. Five-star praise!

During the long holiday, I went to Songyang. The B&B is very close to the old street. It is very convenient to walk around the old street at night. The B&B is a renovation of an old house and is quite distinctive. The service attitude of the proprietress is very good!

The room decoration is very good! Very comfortable to live in! And the boss and his wife are super nice! ! ! The breakfast was cooked by the proprietress herself and was delicious. It was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the proprietor’s family even invited us to a family dinner! I ate local Mid-Autumn Festival delicacies and they were all delicious haha~ The boss is a tea maker himself. I drank the black tea brewed by the boss himself and chatted together. It was a pleasant night~ A very, very special trip. I look forward to seeing you again~

The geographical location is excellent, very close to Songyang Old Street. It's a century-old house, simple and quiet, with large rooms and a very welcoming proprietress. The price is not expensive. The Wang's Kitchen recommended by the proprietress tastes good and is near the B&B.
