Facilities: The facilities are OK. They are old, but they don't feel shabby.
Hygiene: The hygiene is well maintained.
Environment: There are beautiful beaches and gardens.
Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic.

On the first day, the room was broken and dirty, with many unknown insects. The receptionist was a tall, bespectacled, and somewhat older male service staff with a very bad attitude.

The hotel is right on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and has its own exclusive beach. The garden is also quite large, convenient for walking and exercising. The hardware in the gym and restaurant are all in line with expectations. Breakfast was good.
