While the facilities and the beach were lovely, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the exceptional team working there. ​Special Mentions: ​Housekeeping: A huge thank you to Najiba, the housekeeping manager. She is a gem! Every single day, she made sure to check in on us, asking if we were doing well and if there was anything else we needed. Her genuine care and attention to detail made us feel right at home. ​The Pool Bar: The entire team at the pool bar was fantastic and very attentive. A special shout-out to Karim—he’s a mind reader! Before we could even ask, he already knew what we needed, whether it was a cold beer or a fresh coffee. His service is next-level. ​Lobby Bar: We also received exceptional service from Fedi at the reception bar. Professional, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. ​Animation Team: The entertainment was top-notch! The animation team kept us busy and energized throughout the day with a great variety of fun and engaging activities. There was never a dull moment. ​Final Verdict: If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family, this is it. We will definitely be back!"

"Booked a sea view room, but found out it wasn't when I got to the room. The front desk said they didn't have sea view rooms. I called them upstairs, pointed to the end of the corridor and said that the sea was over there and that the room at the end of the corridor was a sea view room. They then said that there was someone in that room. Why are you still selling it when it’s full? The hygiene of breakfast is worrying. The hotel is too old and the hygiene is not good. There are bugs in the coffee. Whoever comes will regret it"

"This is an old resort hotel with a nice environment and a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel has a dedicated path to the beach for walking. The beach and the sea are very beautiful, the Mediterranean scenery is beautiful, and the climate is very comfortable. This hotel has rooms with three meals and breakfast and dinner included. It is a buffet style with a wide variety of food, and the quality and taste are also good. The disadvantage of this hotel is that the facilities are too old and the rooms are old and not very clean."

"We have just returned from an incredible stay at the TUI BLUE Scheherazade in Sousse, and I honestly can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, kindness and professionalism created such a relaxed atmosphere and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. The hotel itself is fantastic. The facilities are excellent, everything is immaculately maintained, and the views across the Mediterranean are simply breathtaking. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or watching the sunset with a drink in hand, every day felt special. We leave with some truly unforgettable memories that we'll cherish for years to come. A special mention has to go to Aziz from the entertainment team. He was a constant source of positivity and energy throughout our stay, always making people smile and bringing everyone together. Before long, we'd all be laughing whenever we heard his famous catchphrase, "Stop reading, stop sleeping!" He really is one of those people who brightens everyone's day. We also have to thank Aladin, our evening waiter, who was simply outstanding. He was kind, courteous and attentive every single evening, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His genuine care and friendly personality made every evening a pleasure. We certainly noticed when he had his day off—he was genuinely missed! Aladin is an absolute star and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at TUI BLUE Scheherazade for giving us such an amazing holiday. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service. We can't wait to come back!"

"Beautiful hotel really enjoyed my stay right in the beach front with palm trees and lovely sea view room with the staff being friendly and polite. It is a smaller hotel but it is just as nice as any other hotel with enjoyable food and I will be returning."

"The room has a weird smell. The floor is so sticky and they didn’t provide slippers. Our room and toilet seem old and need some refurbished. They didn’t supply us with any water bottles. Even for the toilet papers, we need to ask the cleaning lady to give us some. However, the beach view from our room is amazing. Be prepared in the night, as there will be a big party happening in the pool and they are very loud. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything."
