I had an amazing stay at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. The hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and providing thoughtful gifts for our anniversary, making the experience truly special. The serene location with stunning views of the lake added to the charm. The excellent facilities, including the indoor pool, spa services, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, bar, and restaurant, made the stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Every aspect of the experience was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat.

Spa was very underwhelming. Was promised something in the room for my girlfriends birthday and the wasn’t anything there. Paid £35 for a £10 bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Paid for flowers in the room on arrival for my girlfriend’s birthday and they said happy Mother’s Day on them. The suite was very dated, unlike the pictures advertised. The door strips were lifted off the floor so we couldn’t close the doors. The bathroom pictures of the suite showed a walk in shower but the suite has a shower over bath. Boathouse Restaurant was underwhelming but breakfast was lovely.

A wonderfully spacious location and good sized rooms of a high standard.
The bar was perfect and EV charging nearby - recommend the Mer chargers at the end of the conplex

Everything was perfect. Wide selection of breakfast, spacious room overlooking the lake view & nice hotel lobby decoration. Would definitely come & book this htl again.

Room was good, nice space, but towels and bedsheets were not clean
I could see small blood stain on the bed sheet and some other weird stains, pillow had hair on it
Towels had specks of blue colour? Looked like paint or something
Towel also had a long piece of hair on it
