Clean and lots of facilities

I found my room very clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. It has been a very long time since I have had to go out of my room for the loo or a shower but it’s not hard to get used to it again. My only issue is that having seen a laundry basket opposite my door I thought that I was supposed to ***** the bed which I did and found stained pillows and badly torn duvet. Didn’t

Totally disastrous stressful experience The owner lives in Bournemouth. Entry is via code on door and keys locked inside house If not for another guest helping me with key safe I could not get in. The same guest later on was locked out of her room with her key inside because the door stuck. She had to get a spare set from a coded lock outside the house. The downstairs toilet door stuck and I was locked in. Another guest Rajul was also locked into the same bathroom and the door was kicked open from outside to let her out. There are no coat hooks in the room or a clothes hook with hangers to hang your clothes. There was a Chinese female living at the back of the property. She could have helped with local issues but didn't. There is no free parking outside property. I could have saved the £70 charged and slept in my car and used local pub as a toilet facility. The owner does not care about client satusfaction
