My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the amenities were decent, the location was a major disappointment. Despite being advertised as "centrally located," it was quite far from key attractions and conveniences. Public transportation options were limited, making it difficult to get around without spending extra money on taxis or rideshares. Additionally, the surrounding area felt somewhat isolated, with very few restaurants or shops nearby, leaving us with little to do in the immediate vicinity. If you're looking to explore the city or enjoy a more lively environment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I booked a studio room 1 week in advance and had also requested the highest available room with a clear view to city. They gave me one of lowest and the view was blocked by the building next to it. It ruined our anniversary 👍

First time going to the Oakwood premier and will absolutely be coming back the customer service was excellent, the whole place was clean and beautiful not to mention the food was really nice. This hotel has many features to ensure guest are looked after especially if you have children they have a games room with an insane pool table ping pong and so much more definitely will be coming back!!!!!!

Oakwood was excellent — they also bumped me up to a better room and I highly recommend getting the room with a kitchen as it made my stay perfect with the ease to cook when it was raining!

The room we booked had a faulty door and we called the front desk and almost immediately we had a new room to replace our room and it was on a higher level too which was nice. This place was so beautiful and just a 5 mins walk to DFO for some nice shopping, definitely recommend!
