"1. It was my first time to come to Yancheng. I arrived at 9pm and was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Thanks to the little girl named Li at the front desk, it was decorated in a Chinese style. The room has a bathtub and a sofa. I relaxed after taking a bath and had a good sleep.

"1. There is no self-service laundry room. When I almost lost my clothes while doing laundry, I ran to the front desk, and the relevant person in charge shied away from responsibility, which caused high communication costs;
2. The cleaning aunt basically ignored the room sign at the door indicating whether to clean or not. I chose ”no cleaning yet” but when I came back in the evening, I still found that the aunt came in to clean;
3. The overall service attitude at the front desk is so-so, because the front desk was not very active and enthusiastic for a few days, but this is not too demanding.
3. The Wifi signal quality is not very good.
Summary: There are some shortcomings, but based on the price, it is generally reasonable."

"Everything was wonderful about the hotel except the spa. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. However, when we booked massages at the spa. The masseuse for our feet looked at her phone the entire time and gave minimal effort. It was an expensive and disappointing spa experience. Other than that I would hightly recommend the hotel. It was comfortable and accommodating."

"The advantage of the hotel is that the location is good, the facilities are old, the sanitation is not careful, the room window is small, and there is a smell when you go in. Later, I asked people along the way and found out that the cabin can only be checked in at the hot spring hotel. The service attitude is still good, and welcome fruit was given. After the formalities were completed, there were people waiting at the intersection to guide us to the door of the cabin, otherwise it would be difficult to find. There is a refrigerator in the room, which has a large capacity. The TV is a projector, which the elderly can't use. Overall, it's good. Breakfast is eaten in the hot spring hotel.
