I came to Sheyang on Saturday and booked the Qianhe Lake Hotel. When you enter the lobby and turn right, you do need to use the door card for the first elevator, but you can press it at will for the second elevator next to it. So what's the use of having elevator control for the first one? 3. The breakfast variety was mediocre, which really shocked me. The Atour hotel I stayed in in Rizhao was better than this one. I checked in on Friday, and there weren’t many guests on Saturday morning. The only three dishes made on site were fried eggs, Yancheng egg pancakes, and fish soup noodles/vermicelli. To be honest, the egg pancakes were pretty good, so I wanted to go again on Sunday morning. Get some egg pancakes, and here comes the highlight. The handsome guy who fried the eggs said he was sorry not to do it today because there are too many customers today, me? ? In addition, after the cakes in the pastry area were finished, they were almost not replenished. The time was around 9 o'clock, the dining peak, and the only people who had finished the CDs were there. It was emotional that the guests went to participate in the CD action. 4. The problem of abnormal noise in the air conditioner. I stayed in the deluxe double room on the 5th floor. I didn’t sleep well with my child on the first night because the child was woken up by the abnormal sound of the air conditioner at night, which was like the sound of someone banging on your door. Later, we reported the problem to the front desk and sent a female engineer, who didn't even enter our room door. She told us that it could be solved as long as the temperature was adjusted to 18 degrees and the wind speed was turned to level 2. Indeed, according to what she said, there was no abnormal sound again. . Then I speculate that there is actually a problem with the hotel's air-conditioning installation. This problem is not limited to my room. I am also confused by a method that cannot fundamentally solve the problem. Who sleeps at 18 degrees Celsius? 5. Originally, I didn’t want to complain about the above issues, and they didn’t really annoy me. Before I checked out on Sunday, I wanted the father to take the baby for a swim. Because it was still some time before our train left before check-out at 2 o'clock, I just wanted to swim to kill some time. At about 1 o'clock, I went downstairs and told the people at the leisure center that we should register for swimming first and then store our luggage and check out. The waiter at the leisure center not only did not express understanding, but said rudely that I gave you the sign and you can leave. You can't go out, and you can't swim until you are ready to check out. I said, if I don't check out now, can't I just swim? impossible. This kind of service is really inconsistent with a five-star hotel, and it is not humanized at all.
