Spa hotels in Sarajevo Canton

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good. A special thank you to the staff at the front desk – they responded to all requests instantly. I checked out early in the morning, and they provided a packed lunch. The only minor point is the slightly steep uphill walk after a long day out.

A great hotel! Very nice and spacious room (taken the Premium). The main thing that was quiet, good sound isolation (very important to me) Delicious breakfast and dinner (Swedish table). The surroundings are pleased with the eyes, in the evening it is very nice to go out, to walk, to breathe fresh air. Spa is not very. Small pool. Once more 6-8 man comes, it is uncomfortable and noisy ... Sauna and Ham are cold. And in the spa itself is cold. To lie in the shelons, will not be able to relax (the spouse is very frozen, in the future simply refused to go to the spa). The fitness hall - support the form can be supported. It didn't like that the reception created inconvenience. We came only from the euro. It was possible to pay the room in euro (but only without surrender). Because of this, it was necessary (unplanned) to go to Sarajevo and change the money. Summary - make the spa warmer and then everything will be super!

The hotel is very good. The front desk is very considerate. The taxi service is very convenient. Hygiene: clean Facilities: Everything you need is there, even slippers Environment: Larger than other hotels of the same level in Europe Service: Needless to say, it’s so attentive.

The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Otelin konumu güzeldi, geniş bir park içinde yüksek ağaçlarla çevrilmiş sessiz bir yerdi. Otel binası da dışardan elegant ve tarihi bir yer olarak görünüyordu. Ama bu güzel yerde bize verilen odalar hiç iyi değildi. İlk odamız tesisin arındırma veya motorlu çalışan bir kör noktasına bakıyor, hiç manzara olmadığı gibi bir de gürültü vardı. Ertesi gün odayı değiştirttik bu seferde yine iç avlu kısmına karanlık, güneş almayan bir manzarası olmayan bir oda verildi .Oda temiz ve bakımlıydı ama oda hapishane gibiydi. Üstelik buzdolabı da bozuk çıktı, sonra değiştirdiler. Kısaca otelin manzaralı odalarının nasıl olduğunu göremedik.
