Spa hotels in Minsk

The hotel facilities are complete, and the surrounding environment is nice. As a newly opened hotel, all the equipment is very new. I stayed for three consecutive days, but the service didn't proactively replenish the drinks in the mini-fridge or the disposable slippers daily. The most surprising thing was that the toiletries were in large, communal bottles. This is the only complaint I have at the moment.

The hotel beds are incredibly comfortable, so soft, and the sheets are silky smooth – it felt like lying on a marshmallow! The whole place was very clean, and the blackout curtains were excellent. The air outside was fresh, with plenty of trees. The only negative experience was when I ate breakfast in the lobby and paid for it, but then someone chased after me, claiming I hadn't paid. They later admitted it was a mistake. To be fair, overall, it was a good experience! I recommend it!

I'm absolutely thrilled with this hotel! As strange as it may sound, this hotel alone is a good enough reason to return to Minsk! There are so many advantages to this hotel: amazing breakfasts, a beautiful and well-maintained property, its proximity to the park, river views, fresh and clean rooms, the staff's customer-centric approach, and the presence of a gym and spa (though, in my opinion, the gym and spa are a bit weak for a five-star hotel, but the other positives outweigh this small drawback). The park area next to the hotel deserves special admiration. For those who love walking, cycling, or paddleboarding, it's an absolute gem! Strolling around after breakfast is truly delightful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet central area, so nothing and no one disturbed our stay. The hotel itself is spacious, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and well-thought-out lighting. Water, tea, and coffee in the rooms are replenished daily. Housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were always willing to fulfill requests, offer advice, and provide guidance. Breakfasts were superb: there was always plenty of space in the large dining hall, the dishes were exquisite, and the waiters did their job quickly and discreetly. The only downside was that the large swimming pool was closed during our stay.

We liked the Europa Hotel, a comfortable clean room and a great location. We didn't like that on the morning of our flight it took almost an hour to prepare breakfast for us and then we hurried to the airport.

The property is well located (within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions) and does its job, but looks tired and in need of renovation. Reasonably quiet. The room looked slightly gloomy, with dark decor and stained carpeting that had seen better days. Inconveniently located power sockets: at floor level both near the desk and near the head of the bed behind the curtains. A/C was old and difficult to adjust. Amenities included mini-fridge and electric kettle. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. Comforter only without top sheet (not ideal in summer). Multiple mismatched lamps that had to be turned off one by one. Bathroom with everything in working order. Low water pressure in the shower (on the 6th floor). Poor wifi (room was at the end of the hallway). Free parking for guests, although getting in and out is a little complicated. Friendly staff; most of them speak English.

The location and hotel are great, the rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is varied and good, but the laundry service is bad and has a bad smell.

Had a perfect business stay. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent office facilities. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. It's conveniently located for getting around, and the business center was really useful. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable – definitely my first choice for business trips.

Beautiful place, with a park and lake. On the exit, but to the center of Minsk 20 minutes by car. Cosy clean rooms. Not noisy) The cost includes visiting aquapark on a separate queue and unlimited, there was rain and it turned out very well) In aquapark you can rest with both children and adult company, there is aqua-bar) Perhaps we will come here again, but already with children)
