"I chose this hotel for the Changchun Air Show. It is good value for money. First of all, the hotel is very close to the air show. Secondly, the parking downstairs is convenient. There is also a warm and thoughtful hotel service. Every service staff is very polite and has questions. I don't tire of it. Secondly, the hotel was clean and tidy, and I took the children. I was very worried at first, but we checked out late the next day and saw the aunt cleaning the room, and the bed unit was replaced in time. Besides, the bathing place is very large, and the lady's bathing aunt is also very good. After watching the air show and the drone show, it is already 11 o'clock in the evening to take a bath, but the aunt is not annoying at all, and comforts me and tells me they are 24 hours. In short, this hotel gave me a very good stay experience. I will choose next time I go."

GGuest UserThis hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more.
The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service!
We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel!

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

AAnonymous UserChangchun Cherry Holiday Hotel is really great! You can feel the cleanliness and freshness as soon as you enter the room. The floor is bright and clean, without any debris and dust; the furniture is wiped clean, without any fingerprints or stains. The glass door and mirror in the bathroom are shining, and the towels are neatly arranged and exude a faint fragrance. You can tell at a glance that they have been disinfected at high temperature. Here, the hygienic details show the high-quality service of the hotel everywhere. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Changchun in the future!

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and atmospheric, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and warm, and the living comfort is full. Special thanks to Miss Liu Guoqi at the front desk, the check-in is efficient and fast, the attitude is gentle and kind and patient, carefully explain the hotel's facilities and precautions, and the service is intimate and thoughtful. The whole experience is comfortable and satisfactory, five-star recommendation, I will choose here next time I stay!

Highly Recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Jingyuetan National forest park, it about 3 km from hotel and you can ask taxi around there to the park, just about 8 yuan
