The butler proactively contacted us to arrange check-in details, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. Other staff members were also very happy to assist. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the freshly made waffles and pancakes were a big hit with the kids."

"The New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow. I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The swimming pool is great for families with kids. It's also very close to the subway station, and there's a night market right downstairs, which is a big plus!"

"The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is superb, right next to the 'Zhe You Shan' shopping complex and Changchun Film Studio Museum, literally just downstairs. Manager Bobo and the young lady at the front desk were both incredibly warm and attentive. They added an extra bed to the suite's living room free of charge, and the air conditioning issue was resolved very quickly. We even received a gift box of Zongzi and a fridge magnet. The suite itself was spacious with plenty of amenities. The afternoon tea and happy hour included in the executive benefits were also quite good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The room was clean and cozy, and the owner was very kind and welcoming. There's a restaurant and a supermarket at the front desk, and they even deliver to your room, so you can enjoy delicious meals without leaving the building – how convenient! Disposable slippers, toilet seat covers, toilet paper, and toiletries were all provided for free. The shampoo and body wash were excellent, and the hand soap smelled really nice [chuckles]. It was a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Old hotel, decoration and hygiene are all OK, the key is the good location, not far from anywhere, but the breakfast is a bit disappointing. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:20, and there was basically nothing left. I asked the waiter to add something, and the waiter shouted, but it was past 9 o'clock and there was no extra food. When I asked the waiter, he said that there was no extra food after 9 o'clock. This is testing the patience of the guests! I usually don't complain about any hotel, but today's breakfast of 68 yuan per person is really not good. I hope it will be improved!"

"I brought my family for a trip around Changchun and chose this Sheraton hotel. Check-in was quick, and they even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw I had a child, which I really appreciate. The gym and pool are on the 5th floor. I noticed the staff were very proactive in greeting guests and saying hello during my stay, which was excellent. **Environment:** The location is pretty good; there's a night market nearby where you can grab some BBQ in the evening. I didn't get to try the buffet restaurant in the evening, but it looked quite busy. I'll have to experience it next time! Thumbs up for the overall experience! 👍 Thumbs up for the service! 👍"
