I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. Perfect

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout. The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Whether it was the swift response to requests, the warm greetings from staff, or the overall cleanliness and organization, everything reflected true hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.
