JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.
Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Llatvia3437An absolutely wonderful stay! I especially want to highlight and thank Jim, the customer service manager, for his help with the room temperature throughout my visit.
On my first night, it was nearly 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep because the room was too warm. Jim responded to my WeChat message instantly. He immediately sent someone with a fan and ice to cool down the room.
First thing the next morning, I told him it was still hot and asked if he could open the windows to air out the room during the day. Instead, he promptly arranged a suite upgrade for me. He also committed to keeping me updated all day on how he was managing the temperature in the new room to ensure maximum comfort. He even waited for me to arrive at the hotel at 10 AM, showed me the room, and made sure I was satisfied before helping me pack and move my luggage. Before leaving, he proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some proper rest.
His service was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely focused on the guest's needs. I haven't experienced this level of service in many years.
Beyond that, the hotel is very new, and the toiletries are Byredo. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

KKakaxiThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! It really lives up to five-star standards. The lobby is huge, and the decor is incredibly high-spec. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, which felt like it was over 40 square meters. The cleanliness is on par with a five-star hotel, and it has a large bay window that lets in a lot of comfortable natural light. The bathroom is also very spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. For the price, this is genuinely one of the most value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed in. Plus, the subway station is right outside, and it's within walking distance of the zoo where you can see the snow monkeys. All in all, it was fantastic!

GGuest UserI booked the Herun Art Hotel in advance through Ctrip. I contacted the hotel by phone before arriving. Because we were traveling with elderly family members, they assigned us a quieter room. The hotel has parking, a wide variety of breakfast options, and provides late-night snacks and bath amenities. The hotel's cooked meals were also excellent; I took some to-go to the air show, and they were delicious. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Han Chunli, for his responsiveness and thoughtful service over the past two days. It was truly a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changchun.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the experience was great. It's very close to the Sky City shopping mall and the convention center, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby and rooms are stylishly decorated with a great atmosphere. The bedding was clean and soft, providing a wonderful sleep experience. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was just average. In general, it offers excellent value for money and I recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

GGuest UserI couldn't book a family room online. I booked a superior double room. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk changed me to a family room. The lady was really nice. It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

YYukikazeGoThis hotel, originally the Yamato Hotel built by the South Manchuria Railway, boasts a century of history, and its decor beautifully reflects that historical charm. The mosaic artwork in the lobby is particularly photogenic. Despite its vintage aesthetic, the facilities are thoroughly modern. Upon check-in, we were even thoughtfully provided with yogurt and snacks. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, making it spacious enough for two. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, offering a great mix of Western and Chinese dishes, all delicious. The hotel is located directly opposite Changchun Station, with entrances to Metro Lines 1 and 3 right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. There's also ample parking, so no worries if you're driving. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Changchun to explore the historical sites related to the Puppet Manchukuo.
