5-Star Hotels in Changchun

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The room facilities were very clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, very close to Wanda Plaza and Changchun West Railway Station. The best part is the swimming pool – it's so comfortable to swim in during the summer! The front desk service was incredibly nice!

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

The stay was quite good; the hotel's location is very convenient for getting around the surrounding area. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was a good balance of firmness and softness, and the soundproofing was decent. Xiao Jiang at the front desk was efficient and attentive during check-in, responding quickly to any needs. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Changchun High-tech Zone was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and provided attentive service. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The fitness center and pool facilities are excellent, and parking is convenient. The Marriott brand quality is definitely there, with a quiet and elegant atmosphere. It's suitable for both business trips and short stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun!

They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a warm smile and a gentle tone, which made me feel incredibly relaxed. During my stay, I asked him for advice on local transportation and dining, and he provided incredibly practical and detailed recommendations, even helping me look up routes and opening hours. This proactive service mindset was truly impressive. What’s even more commendable is that he treated all guests equally, remaining patient and polite no matter how busy he was. This consistent professionalism is a rare find in the service industry.
