GGuest UserAfter reading the evaluation, the grandparents in this hotel are very good, so I booked this one, and found it was true after I came! Because the plane landed in Changchun at 9:30, I took a taxi from the airport for an hour. Grandma kept waiting for me to wait until 10:30, and sent me water to drink intimately, reminding me to wear more clothes and lock the door. The room was very clean and tidy, very warm. Next time I come to Changchun, I will book Grandma's house!

AAnonymous UserI give it full marks for everything else, but the last-minute room change was quite frustrating. After getting off the train, taking the subway, and walking, the room I'd booked was sold out. While the change was reasonable, it's important to enjoy the trip in comfort. Considering all factors, wouldn't it have been better to book a room closer to the station? Sorry for the poor service rating.
