酒店环境和卫生很好，服务到位特别满意！Highly recommend staying at this hotel, the service and attitude from staff is immaculate and the general conditions and cleanliness of the hotel are preserved to high standards! The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

This stay was great. Changbaishan Hotel is at least 1,000 yuan in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. I came here on a business trip this time. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt very luxurious. When I asked, I was told that the hotel was renovated in 24 years, so it was very new and very grand. The housekeeper Wang Yuxiang was enthusiastic and professional. He helped with the luggage and checked in quickly. All problems during the stay were solved very quickly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was amazing! The location is excellent, and it is super convenient to eat and shop around. I will stay here again next time!

Service: The service is very attentive. Manager Han and the cleaning sister are very considerate and enthusiastic. They will try their best to help if there are temporary needs. They also gave us small gifts before leaving🤗 Environment: Nice environment, comfortable Double bathing package: Bathing is very comfortable, Sheniu can experience it haha Hygiene: The room is clean and comfortable Breakfast: I was looking forward to breakfast before checking in. It has a full range of varieties and is very rich. The products are also good and the dining space is large. I like it! What a great hotel! Amway! Come back next time you come to Changchun

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use. The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

one of the BEST hotels I've stayed at. it was spotlessly clean and the room and bathroom were both so spacious. the staff were really nice and there is a good laundry service too. it's really easy to get to the train station by public transport (bus) and easy to get to other places in Changchun in general. there's also a lovely bakery in the hotel that does delicious buns and sweet breads - it was my breakfast every day :)

This hotel in Changchun is really good 👍, the front desk lady also sent me a bottle of oolong tea when I checked out, the room was very spacious and clean. There is no smell in the room, there is a very large shopping mall around the hotel, and the hotel is also very close to the Vigor City. There are 3 large washing machines and 3 dryers in the hotel, and I especially like the hotel gym. Breakfast is also good for low-fat meals. Recommended to stay and punch in.

The hotel has a nice style and complete facilities. The lobby is large. The front desk rabbit Axian has good service and is considerate. Check-in is fast. The room is clean and tidy. The location is in the city center and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
