We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Easy to find and conveniently located near the subway and highway, making getting around a breeze. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. The room was clean and spacious, and Maggie's service was attentive. My experience exceeded expectations, and I'd definitely come back!

So we needed to drag our luggage from the main road to the lobby and the lobby to the main road at all times.

Excellent location as it is right beside 新天地，a not so modern utility shopping mall that has a massive food court and food kiosks at B1 &. L1 to fill your stomach. There are also one supermarket, Starbucks, Molly Tea, Chagee, Uniqlo, Watson, etc so if you run out of stuffs, you can walk next door to get them. The Puppet Manchukuo Imperial Palace is just a 15min nice stroll from the hotel. At hotel main entrance, just turn right towards 新天地 direction and cross the road at the 长通路，陕西路junction. If u cut diagonally through the mall, which doesn't open till 10-11am, u reach the palace faster. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very clean. However my mini bar wasn't cold enough, resulting in my iced coffee milk turning warm by the next day. There's a 元盛局 outlet just opposite this hotel but you must take a short right detour under the busy viaduct to cross at the legal traffic light junction safely.

Fantastic experience! The hotel's location is superb, very close to both the high-speed train station and the commercial district, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk lady was extremely welcoming, handled check-in quickly, and even thoughtfully upgraded our room type. Breakfast offered a rich variety, tasted great, and was plentiful. Overall, the service was very attentive and it was excellent value for money.

We stayed in this hotel during the Golden Week and booked a basic double room...you can imagine our surprise when we were upgraded for free in a beautiful and spacious suite! The room had 1 full bathroom with bathtub and another smaller bathroom with only the toilet and sink, a big living room with sofa, table and mini fridge, an office corner and a second room with bed, table, an ottoman and an amazing view!! The bed was extremely comfortable, even if a little small. The room also provided tea, coffee, several bottles of water and toiletries. We also had breakfast included and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of both Chinese food and some Western (croissants, small waffles, banana bread, fruits, yogurt, juice, jams and butter). The location is pretty central but also far from crowds and noisy areas. There are 2 metros not too far away and the beautiful park Nan hu. All in all a very nice stay!

This is a renovated hotel, converted from an old one. The photos look great, but in reality, the decor and environment inside the scenic area still strongly reflect the old, dated renovation. The hotel itself, including the elevator, is quite old. The elevator and hotel share space with other apartments and office buildings, so I really don't recommend the facilities. However, the cleanliness was decent. Some of the staff lacked emotional intelligence, though the staff on our last day, when we were checking out, were particularly friendly. This is my honest experience.

The overall hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The location is convenient for getting around, and the staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The environment was well-maintained and hygienic, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast had a great variety. I had a very pleasant stay, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
