The temperature in my room was too high, so I didn't sleep well the first night. The next morning I saw my eldest sister cleaning the room opposite, so I reacted to her, and then I went down to have breakfast. Unexpectedly, when I was having breakfast, I received a call from the hotel front desk asking to help me deal with it first and turn off the floor heating in the room. It really exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect the housekeeping lady to reflect the guests' needs so quickly. I stayed here for a few days and the staff in all departments were very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun! Perhaps the only request I have to mention is that the vehicles around the hotel are not managed at all, which affects the hotel stay experience.
