Yatai New City Hot Spring Hotel

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and even provided complimentary breakfast! 💖 They were also very helpful with any requests. When I asked if they had heat pads during my period, they gave me several! ☺️ Seriously, I highly recommend this place – it has such a chill, utopian vibe. 🇭🇰💫

This was my first time in Northeast China, and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel apparently brings in hot spring water all the way from the Changbai Mountains. Combined with the deep soaking tub, it was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Every day, they provided complimentary snacks, a fruit plate, and sodas. When the customer service department heard I had a cold, they even made me a hot brown sugar and ginger drink – such a thoughtful touch! The cleaning staff were also very thorough; the cleanliness was definitely up to par for someone with high standards. The front desk also arranged laundry service and had a robot quickly deliver my takeout. Overall, I was completely impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Truly a five-star experience!

Located in Jingyue District, this hotel boasts its own courtyard and water features, making it ideal for families. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lobby and lounge areas are also quite spacious. We tried the breakfast, and it was pretty good.

The overall facilities and service are five-star, and the lobby lounge areas are very well maintained. It felt like there weren't many guests, so the breakfast buffet seemed a bit simple. The hot spring wasn't crowded, and the kids' play area (naughty castle) was quite spacious – perfect for relaxing and entertaining the little ones. We stayed for two nights, and when it was time to check out, my five-and-a-half-year-old son cried and didn't want to leave, saying he wanted to stay for another week. My daughter specifically asked me to extend a special thank you to the staff in the women's hot spring section. They took great care of my eight-year-old daughter while she was changing and showering alone, even helping her blow-dry her hair. Thank you! We hope to have the chance to stay here again when we return to Changchun.
