住宿很好，服務很好！遠離北京的喧囂。在這裏連住了好幾天。提前搶了攜程的訂單。躲進五台山早種晚收露營基地，承包一整片絕美山景。午後陽光直直灑在草地上，泡一壺清茶靜坐遠眺，遠山層疊，滿目温柔。孩子在草坪追逐嬉戲，興致來了便去山間徒步爬山，既能安心陪伴孩子，也擁有專屬於我們的二人靜謐時刻。

The hotel is located at the foot of Wutai Mountain (outside the scenic area), a 900-meter walk from the visitor center. Since we were traveling with friends, we specifically chose a LOFT room. After checking in, the first night the underfloor heating was too hot (although there was central air conditioning with dehumidifier). We contacted the front desk, but only two rooms were available, so we were given a different room the next day. However, the underfloor heating was turned off the second night, possibly due to a wiring problem, and we woke up freezing in the morning. We also had problems getting wet in the rain. We contacted the hotel promptly, and they responded quickly and helped resolve the issues (I am satisfied with their service). They communicated immediately when problems arose and were always able to help solve them. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider choosing this hotel again for future trips.

The hotel staff provided first-class service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in quickly and efficiently, and even offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Throughout my stay, they greeted me politely every time I encountered them, making me feel very respected. Room service was also prompt, with the room being cleaned impeccably daily and all amenities replenished. The room was cozy and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding and high-quality blankets and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room was well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning, a variety of TV channels, and a stable internet connection, fully meeting my needs. The bathroom had ample hot water at a consistent temperature, and the toiletries were of high quality.
