Best Province of Barcelona Spa Hotels

A clean room and daily cleaning service during our stay. It is only 600 m far from metro. They also serve piano playing service during the dinner. A bathroom is quite big with the bathtub.

This is such a family friendly hotel. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious, which was the main reason why I chose this hotel. Everything can’t be any better, just like the sunny weather in Barcelona. I’ve already started looking at Intercon in Rome, as we are thinking of going there next summer. It truly deserves five stars!! Walking distance to Monjuc and many tapas places nearby. I recommend sandwiches from O Barco and tapas dinner from Taps

hotel is new and room is clean, just one reception lady's service is no good, we want to keep the same room to prevent the trouble of moving the lockage, but she don't consider client's needed or give some good suggestion, just said no then without the second words...We can pay more for rooms is no problem. That experice is bad.

The bathroom is very quiet. The facilities are well cared. The attention is very good. The restaurant's food is excellent. We will repeat.

I decided to stay here because I wanted to rest before my trip to Barcelona. It's about an hour's public transportation ride to Barcelona. The ocean was nice and the hotel was clean, but the soundproofing was so bad that I kept getting surprised every time I opened the door next door because I thought it was my room. And there were mosquitoes, so I asked for mosquito repellent, but they didn't have any.... I got bitten and bled ㅜㅜ

L’hôtel est super sympa. Les chambres sont correctes. Le service de nettoyage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner masterclass. Premier hôtel où je vais où on sert du vin mousseux au petit déjeuner. Les produits sont frais. Le personnel très accueillant et compréhensif. Le petit plus c’est leur consigne à bagage pour ceux qui voyagent un peu plus tard.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

The check is was terrible. I had to wait for my room for more than 1 hour and it was already 4PM and the staff told me that if I didn’t want to wait he would give me not a nice room. Before check out a staff came to my room really rude saying that I exceeded the time by 40 minutes

pool closed at 9pm ita so tiny I wouldn't class it as a pool. also its only decent if your in their alone and want to actually swim. My wife and my wife manged to do it, but 1 person on either side. Otherwise, it would have been really hard. reception didn't care about check-in no welcome drink offered like how the booking says they didn't even tell us where the lifts are.

The hotel is good but too bad the staff are very unwelcoming, friendliness non-existent, no contact possible, the first receptionist was fine, but afterward, it's totally freezing cold, we say hello, no one answers you,!!! apart from a waitress with short hair with a lock, glasses, who, she was very professional and welcoming, otherwise we had no smile, exchange throughout the stay, not a single kindness, disrespectful, moreover the restaurant where you have breakfast, the staff there are terribly cold, there was no good appetite, no word of welcome, it's borderline he throws your order in your face, every morning I am asked for the room, several times, several times different people, at breakfast time, even though we had eaten most of our meals throughout the stay. As well as aperitifs but it's like this you don't exist... on the other hand The welcome from the local customer was more ”normal”. TOO DAMAGE I had read the same negative comments +++++ great a really crappy welcome but I I didn't think it would be so awkward. Otherwise the neighborhood, the room, the tranquility, the amenities it was good The room could do with a little bit of renovation in terms of complaints and a few stains, otherwise nice decor, fairly large twin room, clean bathroom, the floor was not cleaned every day, but it was very clean, cleaned every day and very nice room!!!!
