Spa hotels in Comarca de Palma

PROS: I absolutely loved this boutique hotel! I loved the old charm, mixed with the clean modern decor. The rooms were clean and bright! The toiletries were a favorite from  the luxury brand, l'occitane.  The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Fabio from dining gave special attention to details, which made our meals and our dining experience wonderful. My spa treatment with the spa manager was exceptional. I loved the surrounding area. It was safe for myself and friends to walk around at night.  The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were wonderful, as well! Thanks so much! CONS: I could hear noise from the street at night. Thin walls, so I heard movement outside my door and through the walls. Water went out for a few minutes one evening.

Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception. The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all. I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”

The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

Very good hotel! I am sorry I given 3 for location, in one hand it's lovely location- on the beach with beautiful view. What else can you want? Unfortunately the area is German version of Magaluf:( and we are too old for it lol ! We was hoping to find nice shops and tapas bars instead there was nightclub near and shops with football and sex logo t-shirts. Not hotels fault at all Hotel was lovely and welcoming! They even noticed my birthday with flower and card. Nice touch :) Thank you:) Breakfast was nice. Little pool / chairs in the garden area. Beach was nice but the beach chairs are flat on all the beaches I saw which I haven't seen any other countries and dosent really make sense as u still have to pay for them. Eventually we found 1 beach with nice reclining chairs and ended up paying £60 for 2 and umbrella!! Not sure Palma is for us but the hotel was lovely!

I have mixed emotions about this hotel. We stayed as ‘Level’ guests which means you have use of a separate area that provides a lovely buffet and drinks through most of the day. Separate check in with the lovely Dominique was smooth and efficient.  However, I chose this hotel for its sea view and pool. Whilst there is undeniably a sea view most of it is blocked by an ugly building across a very busy dual carriageway.  The pool area was very insufficient to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel, we had to wait an hour each day for a bed to become vacant which had no shade. This was disappointing as there are many hotels in Palma that are stunning but no pool that were more convenient for the centre. The toilets by the pool were not maintained with hand towels strewn around the floor. All in all not what we expected from a Melia hotel but the Level facilities did go some way to make up for the Other disappointing features.

Hotel Artmadams is a handy base for a solo business trip thanks to its position just off Paseo Mallorca—minutes from the old town and public transport. My double room was spotless, the Wi-Fi solid, and the desk big enough for a laptop-heavy workday, though the floor space would feel crowded for two people sharing. Service, however, is hit-or-miss. I arrived late and the night receptionist’s limited English stretched the check-in longer than necessary. Mornings weren’t smoother: the small buffet is arranged almost randomly, plates are hidden in odd spots, and staff give instructions only in Spanish until you look confused, which makes breakfast more stressful than it should be. The room lacked an iron and hair-dryer, both available only on request. Likewise, the pillow on my first night was thin and decorative; only after housekeeping swapped it for a better one did I learn there’s a pillow menu—useful information that should be offered at check-in. In short, Artmadams delivers location, cleanliness, and reliable connectivity, but expect to ask for basics and brace for some communication gaps.

Really nice design hotel, good location, spa is nice, staff are helpful as we requested a queen size bed online but they given us a 2 single bed, they changed it back to us.  The front desk wall picture is a bit uncomfortable and it’s like they are staring at you 😅Shower room water is keep leaking out, the bed and pillows are a bit soft, other than that, overall are ok.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
