GGuest UserGreat stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car.
Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

Spa is great too, and private - you can book it for 1 hour for you only.
Food is great, stuff if very helpful. Nothing to complain about!

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

GGuest UserVery comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

TTraveliaGood location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family.
The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice.
The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour.
For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport.
I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me.
I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

GGuest UserGreat hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

The meals are varied.
Only downside lack of deckchair for everyone.
