"A pleasant stay. Good welcome, clean hotel. Nothing to re-repeat on the service. We took the breakfast option: quite varied, the dining room is very beautiful. Clean room. Quiet place or a good atmosphere. We haven't tested the restaurant or the swimming pool because the telos was quite fresh."

"The hotel's location is great, just about 100 meters from the subway exit. There's a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, and during the day, there's a small market near the subway station where you can buy fresh fruit. Being on the main road means you don't have to worry about coming back late at night. The room size was decent, especially considering European rooms tend to be small, and the cleanliness was also good. My only complaint is the terrible soundproofing; you can hear people walking around upstairs very clearly, which made it hard to sleep at night."

I want the biggest room, bathing hot and cold water can not be controlled, cold and hot, too horrible and terrible, if you are not afraid of burns, then I am afraid that I have to wipe the body with a towel, but the five-star hotel can not bathe ? ? ? ? Bathing in the bathtub, the plug can not stop the leaking reaction is useless, so not active or pay attention to the reaction of the guests, does not explain the situation or can not handle ... and so on? Do you want to see if I am an Asian, can you ignore it? ? ? After living for four nights, the response did not respond and did not improve!

Zoe_075it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow.
Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity.
there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps.
the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices.
All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed

The check-in went smoothly until the receptionist told us that we had requested a non-AC room (with the AC to be disconnected during our stay), supposedly based on a note from Trip.com. I told the receptionist that I definitely did not make such a request—especially not in the middle of summer—and asked to see the note from Trip.com.
They couldn’t show me the note and instead claimed that, since I was now denying the request, the note had already been removed.
We were checked into a non-AC room, and the hotel promised to send a technician to reboot the AC. That never happened. Eventually, we were moved to another room where the AC was already functioning.
The whole situation felt suspicious. It seemed like the receptionist was trying their luck by placing us in a non-AC room. What’s even more ironic is that the new room had a welcome note addressed to me, while the non-AC room was completely bare, with no such note.
We definitely won’t be coming back. The hotel staff came across as insincere and pretentious.

The location is good, right next to the ancient Roman theater. Other attractions are a bit of a walk away, but all are within walking distance. The hotel service is standard, the cleanliness is good, there is a restaurant and facilities, and the parking lot is quite large. The mountain road is a bit winding, and even after using both Waze and Gaode Maps, there were still some errors.

JIANHUAThis is a five-star hotel in a classic style, converted from an old building. Definitely not the kind of hotel used in China. In the center of the old town of Lyon, there are various stores on the doorstep, and a stylish chocolate shop diagonally opposite, and the famous Rose Tower attractions across the alley next to the hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is also old-fashioned, the door is opened with a key and no card is needed. The room was beautiful and welcoming, the toilet and shower room were separated. There is also a spa on the top floor. We went to live in Lyon on the day of the annual Lyon Festival of Lights, and on the weekend, the room price doubled several times than usual. It's easy to miss without paying attention. If the usual price to live is definitely possible. Holidays are definitely expensive. It is very convenient to visit and live in the old town. Self-driving is not suitable and I don't know where the car can be parked.

Super hôtel, j’ai adoré la piscine extérieur ! Les cocktails étaient délicieux. Attention pour accéder à la piscine extérieur il faut prendre l’accès spa.

Guest UserExcellent hotel, nothing to complain about the room or the hygiene. The underground parking with valet service is handy (at a correct price). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the fact that despite an earlier email and the extra specific on the day of our arrival in advance by telephone that we requested a room with 2 beds, this was not taken into account when we arrived at the hotel and we got a room with one ”large” bed. The next day we did get the requested room with 2 beds. For the rest everything was actually perfect!

From the moment we arrived to the hotel SAMUEL took care of all of our needs. We had an emergency with our dog late in the evening and he was more than happy to help find a vet for us and call to set up the appointment as we don’t speak French. Everyone else that we were in contact with were exceptionally nice. We will stay here again if ever back in this area.
