The room is great and the surrounding supporting facilities are great. Li Ronghao's concert is right outside the door. It is also very convenient to go to the train station and so on. Mainly because the supporting facilities in China are very mild. Just be aware that snacks are charged.

DDongyaoMy sons want me to write this: a great hotel in this trip around the Europe except the Barcelona one; that one was exceptionally nice. This hotel is so close to Wembley and ofc to Wembley hub, and that makes transportation very conveniently. Buy the daily ticket for zone 1-6 except you need to go airport. Half an hour to Buckingham Palace and all around there, and no traffic. I’d have to admit this is good for budget concerning. It saves quite a lot of money. Also, since I have this suite, I can walk about 5 minutes to the local supermarket for food and drinks and fix up a good dinner in the hotel.
GGuest UserHellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!
HHellen87If you go to the Wembley arena, that the best place to have a rest ever, if you have extra time you can go to next outlet to have a shopping, really enjoy….
And of course the hall the the whole bedroom is clean!!
Just only make us. Little disappointed is the lift, when we there one of the lift is out of services, and the hotel is mad busy, so that the little thing make us a little bit upset.
GGuest User1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox.
2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close.
3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot.
4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road.
5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly.
GGuest UserNot a bad hotel just a stones throw from the arena. Rooms weren't super stylish but clean and adequate for a business stopover. Bar down stairs and reception staff happy to help with anything. Parking available which for Wembley is a blessing. I will stay there again or work. For romance no, but for work then yes.
GGuest UserWe spent the last weekend at the hotel and we were delighted to had booked the hotel as the rooms were really clean and tidy the light system was very Cousy and relapsing the reception team were very kind and helpful, parking for our car was really good as well as it saved us from parking hassle. I highly recommend it to every one visiting LONDON.
Booked this hotel a week before for 26th night. Upon arrival I was told the the booking has been cancelled due to overbooking. My question was how come no one contacted me, besides, even even using agents, there should be a system in place to avoid that. All I was told was to look for another hotel with no remorse. The fact that it was not my mistake, I would have expected Oyo to find alternative accommodation for me. I asked this several times, but the ladies at Oyo customer service were worse. It was like reading a rehearsed script. I ended up paying times 3 the price, for a night somewhere, which wouldn't have been the case, had they informed me earlier. I spent hours trying to sort out where to stay last minute. I highly doubt that I will ever go book this hotel, no morals, possibly cancelled for higher pay. Remember, money is not everything. Be mindful beforebooking, it could happen to you.
GGuest UserWe only went in for a drink and food, so I can't rate the rooms (we did stay years ago and everything was fine). Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous, generous portions and so reasonably priced. I had scampi and there were about 14 pieces and all for under £10! We love this pub before gigs at Wembley, though my older friends dread the hill 😆
