"We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent.
We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool.
There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets.
Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it."

GGuest UserFrom start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame.
With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

Me and my boyfriend had a very bad situation.
We went to a tour in Santorini and the Ferry boat was late on the way back. Our guide called the hotel asking for a late dinner for us and the hotel said they would provide.
When we reached in the hotel we saw that they put our food ON THE FLOOR, close to the room door.
I made a mistake (I assume) I wanted hang out that thing saying “ make up my room” but I choose the wrong side and put there “ do not disturb “
But if our guide called the hotel saying that we were in Santorini of course they could go into the room to put our food in the fridge or keep in at the bar…
I went down and talked to a guy in the repception showed him the picture I attached here and he answered me that was my mistake putting the “do not disturb” at the door and he could do nothing for us, we should eat that food that was on the floor 😱😡. No excuses for this…
On the day after I talked to the manager and she apologized and gave us a voucher for the lunch.
We apologized but I will never forget this situation…

SSufoThe resort is a bit outdated and you can see that. The air conditioning in our room also had some quirks and made a loud noise. Because we arrived late, they couldn't fix it right away. The next day we got an upgrade from our double room to a family room with a private pool! Top service!
The food was fine but not super fantastic. The staff are very friendly.
A real point for improvement: the music is sometimes very loud at the pool, not very relaxing if you come for your rest.
All in all, we certainly had a nice stay! Don't expect super deluxe, but the price is also according to that.

Quality of the food could be better. Also sometimes narrow paths at the buffet so people get in each other's way.
Pigeon droppings on the balcony (was cleaned every day), bathroom floor was not mopped, loud music at the pool.

SSardor AnvarovДо 4* думаю этот отель всетаки не тянет. Простенький, маленкий отель. Но расположение отеля просто шикорное - в центре всех событий :). Персонал очень дружелубный и отзывчивый, особенно в ресепшне отеля. Из отеля через столовую есть классный выход на море. Вид на море из столовой отличный (см. фото). Но почемуто в этом отеле берут по 10 евро в виде залога при выдаче полотенец которые вам возвращают при их возврате. Питьевая бутилированная вода только при заселении, больше не обновляют. Комнату ежедневно уберали. Полотенца меняют через день.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Annabelle for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, the service extremely friendly. Bar staff especially, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather.
